Neat and tidy room, good healthy breakfast.

The room is very tidy and clean . I enjoyed the simple environment and the room is quiet during the night. I enjoyed good sleep

The night shift reception lady gave me 1st floor room. Very nosy in the early morning. I can’t sleep well.

A Reasonable price with acceptable service

Overall services are under expection. One point may be taken consideration. Enhance the lighting in brightness in a room. It is quite darkness in room even opening all lighting in the room🙏

The air conditioning is good! The showing is good and strong enough especially for lady to wash the hair. However he carpet seem has some smell if the air condition was not low enough.

The housekeeping are not professional. l complained the toilet is sucked but they only gave me a sucker. Finally I did it my self. I stayed there for two weeks and asked for cleaning the room, they did nothing until I asked several times.

It is a small size hotel but the overall service is sufficient. The room is spacious ( two single bed room). The hotel is quiet and the location is the nearest one to the town centre. Some comments said that the food choices of the breakfast is not much but should be reasonably enough for this kind of hotel. Some requests made to the staff has been ignored but will be responded after tracing. The staff is friendly in general. The overall feeling is good. Will recommend to others.

整體來說令人滿意，工作人員友善，樂於助人。房間大小合理，但雙人房只有一張椅子，二人不足用。如果有小冰箱可更佳。

連續住上36個晚上，頭10晚是隔離，餘下26晚，要求整理房間不下10次，只得一次有回應。 頭10晚將用過的毛巾，包括浴室舖地用的毛巾，在房間裡晾乾重複使用，後26晚，將濕毛巾放在房門走廊外讓room service 回收，卻從不，是從不送回乾淨毛巾，因此，每次都要到前台要飯一般要毛巾、廁紙、洗髮精、浴液。 房費由入住時54鎊一晚，到退房時74鎊一晚，服務質素卻保持不變，難得一見！

房間算清潔,職員態度友善,如果要講唔好既地方就係早餐選擇單調,我住左十日,都係得果兩三個選擇,酒店位置都算還可以,酒店外有巴士站,巴士可以去到鐵路站,唔會要你等好耐,五至十分鐘就會有一班

Ealing雖然與倫敦市中心有點遠，但是個不錯的社區。酒店很新，只開業了18個月，而且房價很合理，兼沒有陳舊感覺。

As this is a rather new hotel, everything is clean and tidy.

Value for money. New hotel and clean. But not really convenience of transportation, it’s situated at zone 3 and even take at least 15 min talk from the nearest underground station. Restaurant is small and need to wait for breakfast every morning. Food are just enough and not much choice. The most terrible thing was, when I check-in to hotel, the front desk staff gave me a room key card but the guest was yet to check-out.
