スタッフの方がていねいで親切でした。シャワールームのしきりが小さく、床が濡れてしまうのは日本人にはむかない。

Love staying here! The staff are great, place is spotlessly clean, and the location is excellent. Didn't have breakfast due to flight times, but I'm sure it would have been fab.

Reasonably pried, good beds, very quiet. Simple to get to and from central London as well as Heathrow airport, using Elizabeth line. Will stay again!

The rooms were clean but we found them a bit dark.

Freundliches Personal. Frühstück nur kaltes Büfett, relativ klein. Auf der Homepage und Expedia stand Frühstück ab 6 Uhr. In der Tatsache ist es ab 6:30 . Wir dürften trotzdem auf Anfrage früher frühstücken weil wir in der früh gehen mussten . Handtücher im Zimmer nur groß und waren leider mit Makeup Flecken als wir ins Zimmer rein kamen . Wir dürften früher check in machen was ich toll und sehr kompetent fand . Kühlschrank uns Safe fehlen . Betten und Bad waren ok .

Staff were pleasant. Explained about the accor loyalty scheme which gave us free early check-in. We had a family room with sofa bed which was squeaky everytime you moved. Location was good, close to shops, underground.

Las camas y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. Las sábanas y las toallas estaban impecables. Todo super limpio, me sorprendió porque soy bastante delicado. El desayuno muy variado, había de todo prácticamente. Solo eché en falta algún enchufe para el baño.

The room was really clean. The beds were super comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. We did not eat at the hotel but the bar had a good choice o drinks abd snacks. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel is near a good selection of shops and restaurants and is a dog friendly hotel. The space is modern & a little basic but comfortable. The staff are nice. My shower had very cool water & no pressure for 2 days. There are no fridges in rooms. Disabled Blue Badge parking fee is charged daily at this hotel. (And Blue Badge parking spaces were taken up by non-badge holders). Guests with disabilities cannot get help with luggage transfers. Lastly - building noise … I think it is importantly for hotels to let guests know (before booking) that there is an extremely large and noisy building site right next to the hotel. There’s a lot of noise very early in the morning and throughout the day. A whole host of noisy site deliveries & metal unloading starts very early and it wakes you up.

Rooms were clean but we found them dark. Had some issues with breakfast. I thought I had paid for it with my booking. Paid for it once I was told that it wasn’t included but was questioned 3 out of the 7 mornings on whether we paid.
