ibis Styles London Ealing

This was my second stay at this hotel and the room was again lovely and spacious with a great selection of tea and coffee and a nice bathroom and comfy huge bed too.

Overall good. But can improve on the bedding cleaning.

Everything was perfect ..soon we will back again ...............

Please add face towel.

Clean comfortable rooms, great location for public transportation, and very helpful staff.

Es war einfach wie jedes Jahr sehr sehr schön vor Ort und zu empfehlen. Zwar ist die Fahrt bis nach London rein ein bisschen länger aber dafür ist das gesamte Viertel sehr sehr schön.

The room was lovely, huge and clean with a nice desk area, spacious bathroom, nice toiletries and a hairdryer and wardrobe. There were plenty of plugs and the bed was comfy and big. There was also nice natural light thanks to a big window. I only give this a 4/5 because the iron is in an ironing room on the 4th floor so not as convenient as being able to borrow for use in your room and the breakfast was very busy (difficult to get a seat on your own because of the table setup) and not as great a choice as at another Ibis Styles in London unfortunately. There’s also only one towel in the bathroom but I was able to ask for another one no problem.

As a frequent visitor, always found the staff very helpful, room and hotel is very well maintained, fresh, bright and clean. Good safe and secure car park.

Very good overall, the only thing is it would be convenient to add a microwave that guests can access in the lobby or breakfast area.

This was our second visit to this hotel, the room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, we did visit the bar after our evening out, served with excellent service and a smile, would highly recommend.

Really great economic alternative to the so called "boutique hotels" around that have virtually the same amenities as the ibis. Comfy and clean room, but if you want a silent stay you have to ask for a room NOT facing the main road as it's notoriously noisy. The friendly staff and the modern interior (film themed) make this a great alternative for a stay in the heart of Ealing with just an extra 2 mins walk to the Broadway. That'll be my new local stay in Ealing, for sure.

The hotel lobby is cute and contemporary, not your traditional check-in experience. The staff is friendly. It may be a London thing, but there are no hand towels, only giant bath towels - which I thought was weird. Washcloths are not normally provided, in general, but I thought hand towels would be a norm. When I asked the hostess at the front, she said that they were a "3-star hotel", as if that explained it. I guess it did. I was there for 4 nights with my sister. When checking in there was a wad of chewing gum stuck to the bed light switch. Gross. But, I can see how it would have been easy to miss by the cleaning person as it was off to the side in the back. Still.... I mentioned it to the staff, and they apologized profusely and took care of it quickly. I like a red wine in the evening, and they were very limited—running out of one and then the other wine. Not a well-stocked bar. One night they ran out of bottled water. On the positive side, we ordered the margherita pizza (the only one made fresh in their kitchen), and it was delicious. I will say it wasn't really a margherita pizza, as there was no basil, but it was an excellent thin-crust cheese pizza with good sauce. We didn't opt for the 10 gbp breakfast, but it appeared to be a simple cold buffet. Can't speak to that. Other than the gum incident, the hotel was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. It isn't luxury, but it is 3-star. Hope this helps.

The staff were welcoming as soon as we arrived and helpful when questioned about the area. The room was clean but it would have been nice to have small packets of biscuits with the tea and coffee! Also hot chocolate sachets. Breakfast was a lovely continental breakfast with plenty of choice! A small bar is available in the foyer. We had a lovely two night stay with easy access to the shops, restaurants, parks and the underground. Thanks!

Clean room, and somewhat spacious for Ibis standards

All was fine be except the shower. Very little pressure. It didn’t look like a fault but rather the design.

I had a very clean room with some issues such as the card holder being broken and the TV remote not changing channels but despite that the staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me with getting these issues sorted and overall I had an excellent stay. If you're coming for a short stay this is the best affordable option. The bedding was soft and had little to no discomfort in the morning. Very close to the train station and extremely easy to access local stores to buy snacks or to visit the Ealing Broadway shopping centre. The breakfast was also quite healthy and light and I never felt it was too little and was afraid to have more. For negatives, I'd say that asking people to sign up for a free WiFi service by signing up did seem strange although you can just sign up without ticking for the offers but still, it's rather better to have been given a password than sign up for deals you'd never want especially when it comes to WiFi. The other is the layout of the room toilets where they are cramped against the wall next to a large sink and it was extremely uncomfortable to use them and unfortunately, they are a part of every room in the hotel. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay despite some hiccups. I never felt anything was missing in terms of service or amenities given the price this was more than I could've imagined and I hope my review reaches the team to help and improve as well as gives other visitors confidence in booking here.
