AC is good and the room is spacious

The room was really clean. The beds were super comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. We did not eat at the hotel but the bar had a good choice o drinks abd snacks. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel is near a good selection of shops and restaurants and is a dog friendly hotel. The space is modern & a little basic but comfortable. The staff are nice. My shower had very cool water & no pressure for 2 days. There are no fridges in rooms. Disabled Blue Badge parking fee is charged daily at this hotel. (And Blue Badge parking spaces were taken up by non-badge holders). Guests with disabilities cannot get help with luggage transfers. Lastly - building noise … I think it is importantly for hotels to let guests know (before booking) that there is an extremely large and noisy building site right next to the hotel. There’s a lot of noise very early in the morning and throughout the day. A whole host of noisy site deliveries & metal unloading starts very early and it wakes you up.

Rooms a bit dark but overall a pleasant, clean hotel.

Very clean

Rooms were clean but we found them dark. Had some issues with breakfast. I thought I had paid for it with my booking. Paid for it once I was told that it wasn’t included but was questioned 3 out of the 7 mornings on whether we paid.

Hotel is nice. There is not microwave or refrigerator in the rooms but there is a snack bar by the receptionist. The hotel next door is doing construction so although i had a side window view all i saw was construction workers.

The room was immaculate and a great size. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The theming throughout the hotel was a nice touch and made for a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout. It is well appointed for Ealing Broadway shopping centre and tube station with a straight shot into London centre.

The room was clean and it was quiet & safe place to stay.

I had an enjoyable stay at ibis Styles London Ealing. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was excellent for buses, tube and shops. My room was very quiet and clean. The air conditioning was in good working order. I would definitely stay again. Thanks very much!

Reasonable price for London. Parking wasn’t too bad for London (I think about £18 a night). Room a decent size, well decorated and cleaned each day. We only had one towel and there were a few things that made this a 4.5 rather than a 5/5 stay. But i would stay again and would recommend it. Good value for money

A simple but clean and comfy room to base yourself from or just to give you a space to get your head down for the night when travelling. Really friendly staff, very much a great boost to this place. Only real issue is that the shower screens arent wide enough, so water can end up over the foor.

Excellent choice

Absolutely fine. The tagline on the glass rotating door says something like ‘let us surprise you’. Stay was good but nothing unexpected or surprising. Would recommend as a budget hotel.

Very good and despite arriving late they checked us in with no problem. We had to pay £10 extra to have our chihuahua staying with us. Great room.

The room have no plenty of light and plenty of chairs and I think more hanger inside the bathroom will be much easier for anyone, cause the sink hanger level is too close the toilet seat if no common sense after the COVID, so for 2 person how can we share a space without fixtures The lighting is terrible : yellow light plus only half room have lighting, the mirror on the hallway is only for decoration. Movie theme for hotel is a lovely idea but the basics need for customer need to be highly concern, and it is not possible to work inside the room at night as too less than any other hotel

Our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and perfectly serviceable. Would certainly stay again. Good access to shops and the tube station.

The property was good and well appointed for the price. Well located and front desk was courteous and helpful. However the management of the property and Accor have been completely unresponsive and non amenable to a personal curio have tried to reach out for constantly. I had to change the 2 nights to 1 night and despite having a partially refundable rate and outreach. Nothing was done. Not even a response!! I ended up forfeiting 1 night. God awful management. (But then most chain hotel owners don’t have an ounce of customer service left in them!)
