We had a great stay! The room was always clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the breakfast is a bit simple with no hot food. We had a fantastic stay otherwise! I also like how close you are to different tube stations and the neighborhood is so charming.

Small, cosy room on the lower ground floor. The double bed is a small double bed. Reception and bar staff were professional and friendly and everything was spotless. Great location too.

Location is very good, just 5 minutes walk to Bayswater subway station. A lot of choices for dinning close by the hotel. Major problem is no air conditioning in the room. It is extremely hot when stay in the hotel room during summer time.

I can’t believe how uncomfortable my stay was. It was 5 degrees outside in November, yet my room felt like it was in the middle of summer. And the worst part? There was no actual thermostat. Just an old, outdated control unit that didn’t do anything. Huge red flag.
I tried everything, opening the windows, fiddling with the old panel— but the room stayed insanely hot. Sleeping was nearly impossible.
This was a really disappointing experience, and until they update their HVAC system so guests can control their own room temperature, I definitely won’t be back.

The place was lovely! The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed from an electric tea kettle to a Nespresso and perfect little cookies to comfort my tummy. AND the bed was comfortable!
