I have over 30 years of travel experience across different countries and have never encountered a hotel as terrible as this one! The pillows at this hotel are extremely soft, and even though we were provided with four pillows for the two of us, they were so soft that we couldn't sleep well. The room was very cold, and despite setting the temperature higher, it still blew cold air. Eventually, we turned off the air conditioning, but it still felt very cold (the temperature that night was 7 degrees Celsius). Sleeping on the third floor, I couldn't sleep well, so I went downstairs to seek assistance from the staff. I requested additional or replacement pillows and blankets, but the staff member rudely told me that all the pillows were the same, and if we wanted extra pillows and blankets, it would cost £20. I felt very frustrated and disappointed at that moment! I have never encountered a hotel that charges for additional pillows and blankets! Then I asked the staff what could be done about the cold weather and if there was any heating. The staff rudely replied that adjusting the air conditioning temperature was the only option. Oh my God! Although this hotel is conveniently located near the city center, has free parking, and the rooms are large, the rude staff and the extra charges for pillows and blankets are extremely disappointing and infuriating! I would rather pay more to stay somewhere else and never return to this hotel again!

Room had a few Isaura that can be solved and bedsheets had some spots as well.

Good location for what we needed. Room clean and tidy. Free parking. Only criticism is the TV reception is hopeless. Picture breaking up on all channels. Went completely on ITV+1. Just sound, i.e a big radio!

Good value for money

The room itself was ok but too cold for me so i slept in my clothes under the sheets. Bathroom is dated and didnt look entirely clean, so i skipped showering. Breakfast was a grab and go, consisting of croisant, breakfast bar, yoghurt and orange juice. None of these were appetising. The saving grace was that i was able to have tea the bedroom but the only sweetener was white sugar, something i gave up decades ago. Parking was very convenient and safe

Breakfast was as it said pick up and go. Bit noisy at times people talking loudly. Did get quiet later. Easy to find.

Great for parking. 10 minute walk to the Arena. Clean, great friendly staff.

Smell all around n inside room. Only dry breakfast packed in paper bag.

The room was spotless, quite place to relax and staff were very friendly. I will book this place again. Price was good
