The building inside is very old, many things are damage and did not change.

Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor.

Our stay was really disappointing. The room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly, which made it feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. It was also very cold, and the noise levels made it almost impossible to sleep. Overall, the standards were far below what we expected from this hotel.

Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, sehr laut, Küche war daneben, Personal an Reception unfreundlich. Sehr heiss im Zimmer...

The room was extremely small and it was difficult getting to the actual room. The elevator did not work every time you pushed the button….floor 5 had to use a specific elevator and hallways were very narrow and with stairs and carpet. Getting your luggage to your room is a difficult task.

Staðsetning hótels er frábær. Starfsfólk er líka mjög gott. Herbergin er lítil og baðherbergi lítið með lélegri sturtu.

This hotel is beautiful and the place to be for Christmas drinks! I loved seeing everyone all dressed up at the Palm court! The room was spacious and luxurious offering two types of pillows for for comfort! We also visited the spa while there which was extremely nice and relaxing! Highly recommend.

Das Zimmer 105 mit 2 Einzelbetten war soweit ok.Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und es gab auch täglich frische Handtücher. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl ausreichend.

The room was very small and needed updating. The price of room varies by date and some days was overpriced. There were couple of days where there wasn’t much hot water in the shower. The best part of the hotel is the location. The train station, bus stop and restaurants are close by.

Værelset var slidt. Møbler slidt og hænglser på skabe og dør var løse. Sengen, kunne man mærke fjeder i. Personalet virkede ikke i mødernekommende . Ville ikke vælge de hotel igebøn. Vikle ikke

Short one night stay. Front counter was very welcoming and very helpful!! Helped get us going where we needed to and very helpful by keeping our bags for a few hours while we saw the city befor our plane left. I would stay there again. We had a good stay!

Vi har før boet på hotellet og vidste der var elevator, ret vigtigt da vi rejste med barn på 8 måneder, og havde barnevogn med. Vi kunne lige få passet den ind på værelset. Desværre måtte vi bære den op og ned af trapper da hotellet i er plant med elevatoren, men det gik vi var heldigvis 3 voksne afsted. Personalet er super flinke især damen nede til morgenmad! Hotellet ligger dejlig tæt på offentlig transport og på Hyde Park, ville helt sikkert bo der igen en anden gang.

I booked a triple room. On arrival the receptionist said he has given us a bigger room. When we got to the room it was cold, smelt of sewage, room decor was tatty and tired. Double bed on ground floor and then two single beds up some windy open stairs. Not welcoming at all and split the group up. I also had my Mum with me who was not happy with using the stairs. We asked to change rooms and luckily they did have another room, which was much better, warmer and no smells. Ideal position close to Paddington train station and tube. Also very handy that we could leave our luggage there until our return journey.

Paddigton on alueena hyvä koska asema ja metro on lähellä. Hotellihuone tarvitsisi maalia ja ikkunanlasi oli rikki. Hotellin henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt, kun tulit tai lähdit hotellista. Kadulle hotellilta menee jyrkät raput ja matkalaukkumme oli painavat. Kolme miestäoli vastaanotossa ja heille ei tullut mieleen tarjota apua. Ei jäännyt miellyttävää kuvaa hotellista

The room was quite worn down, and during November, it was really cold. Noise from the street and hallway, so if you're a light sleeper, bring some earplugs. The location is very convenient!

Too small horrible small bathroom. Could not move. Beds too small feet hanging over end.
