로열 이글 호텔

위치가 기차역에서 가깝고 런던 시내로 나갈 버스정류장도 가깝고 주변에 맛집도 많아요 특히 하이든파크가 가까워서 넘 좋았어요 영국의 호텔은 처음인데 미로처럼 되어 있어서 헷갈려서 오르락내리락 했었네요 직원들 친절하고 좋아요

숙소가 너무 좁고 벽이 얇아 옆방 소리가 다 들리고 다른 방 문 닫는 소리가 시끄럽다. 밤에 차 다니는 소리도 너무 시끄럽다.

Friendly staff. Our room was rather hot. I should have asked the desk for a fan or to see if there was a way to turn down the heat. And the bathroom/toilet had a sewer smell. We kept the door shut. Our room was super clean with nice amenities.

Posizione ottima a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Paddington, hall e sale comuni ben tenute, personale gentile e cordiale, presenza di ascensore. Ora le note dolenti, avevo prenotato una singola per 3 notti e non pensavo di vedermi assegnata una doppia a uso singolo, conosco le dimensioni delle singole a Londra, ma un loculo così in un 3 stelle proprio non me lo immaginavo. Premetto che l'ho misurata, circa 5 mq, non potevi entrare in camera con la valigia, dovevi appoggiarla sul letto, altrimenti non si chiudeva la porta. In questi 5 mq c'erano il letto (peraltro comodo), un tavolino, un comodino e un mini armadio, quasi claustrofobica, il passaggio fra il letto ed il tavolino era di circa 30 cm., però era pulita. Il bagno invece era di giuste dimensioni, ben tenuto e ristrutturato da non molto. Le scale erano larghe solo per una persona e si faceva fatica a passarci col bagaglio a mano, non immagino con una valigia...Spero sia stato un caso...

The staff were friendly and my room was always clean! It’s also at a fantastic location. It’s just a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not included like I thought it was. It seemed like it was for some people, but I had trouble finding information about it on their website.

The room was small but very comfortable. Great location easy access to underground. Staff friendly

O hotel é ótimo! Novo, moderno, quarto confirmável, tamanho excelente. Fica um pouco mais afastado da centro histórico, mas da pra ir andando. Supermercado ao lago é uma cafeteria na frente Voltaria com certeza!

It was a continental breakfast but it wasn't free you had to pay it was about 11 pound pp... Room was clean...air conditioning was good.

Room neglected (badly peeling desk, broken & missing drawer), window frame, silicone and architrave in bathroom barely being held together with stains on the mirror. Skirting & floor beading in poor condition, with raised screw-heads on floorbar between bathroom and main room. Room heating on full blast, no way to turn down, had to open window allowing a lot of street noise in - supplied plug in fan, but not cooling just moves hot air around. Bedding grubby/dusty awoke with x2 bites/welts on my face. X2 completely different single mattresses on bed (despite being a double), uncomfortable seem between each: one mattress rock hard the other very soft. Hand basin blocked & unpleasant smell. After boiling kettle, water came out a strange milky colour, despite running clear from tap initially. Very difficult lugging heavy suitcases up and down steep entrance steps.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good matresses, can certainly recommend it.

The shower did not have hot water. After asking the hotel staff to take a look, they were not able to fix it and said they would have building maintenance look at it, however, it still could not be fixed, and we received no follow-up or explanation.

It’s tough to make this one. I had a single room which was very very small and made me feel so uncomfortable and claustrophobic. That’s on me. Never again! The rooms wasn’t as small as shown but it what it is. The sink was clocked. Unfortunately the room was right next to the elevator for me to hear everyone at anytime and plus the windows was out to the streets and it was very sounded. The kind people who worked there was kindly enough to give me the manager room as the room was giving me horrible anxiety. The room was great but was still very worn out and dusty many places. I would recommend it for an overstay but unfortunately not for longer term or if you’re travelling with any luggage.
