Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, magnificent view, except that the room was cleaned up a bit late on one day! Will definitely come back!

Location is great, for bristol, and this hotel is always consistent.

Was expecting nicer rooms based on reviews. Dated and minimal amenities.

DISAPPOINTED. We have stayed at The Bristol Hotel numerous times and loved it. This time however was horrendous. There was a wedding downstairs which is fine, but the whole room was vibrating. mentioned this to room service which stated it doesn't go on for long, it did. The windows were like paper, we could hear everything on the street below so clearly that i thought the windows were open. i did mention this to front desk in the morning, the reply was slightly annoying considering how nice the chap was. It cant have been the wedding making the music noise and vibration. It most defiantly was. I understand that Bristol on a weekend is lively which i am not apposed to, but the windows being that bad really shouldn't be the case. Also, to be told that i was wrong felt a little rude. On that note the room service was incredible and the food that they delivered was amazing. The bad experience will make us think twice unfortunately about booking again, which is a shame as its a great hotel and we really like it. But room 223 is letting it down.

Everything was great except for the coffee machine. It justcrushed the pods.

Staff at reception very good - the manager even introduced himself and asked if there was anything that I needed, I shared a lift with him so was unexpected.

Perfectly situated for my needs on this occasion. Staff are very good. Apart from tight space around bed, room was clean and comfortable.

staff were incredible! SAAD, PABLO, IDRIS, ASH, BRIAN, and I think the 3 guys who I forgot to take names in the bar were amazing, making my husbands birthday memorable as well as fun x 😀 I would have given an 'excellent' if it was not for the bad insulation of the walls, disturbed by neighbours every single night of our 4 night stay!!! Otherwise lovd our stay, food & drinks scrummy

Hotel is in a great location, staff were friendly and parking was easy albeit quite expensive! Rooms are well equipped.
