We stayed there on our trip to London. It was our first time in the city. We were excited to be there and spent many time reviewing many reviews and this one had the best for us. It was close to everything where we could walk and close to train stations. The staff at this hotel were more than amazing. It was clean. The room was big. There were three of us in the room and it had everything we could want. Checking in and out was smooth even though we had an early check-in. We did not eat in the restaurant however I got coffee every morning from a lovely lady who worked there and drank it in the beautiful lobby looking out at London. Our day was excellent and for sure we will recommend it and stay there again.

Attentive staff, quiet room on a high floor, air con working well, shower was excellent, breakfast great choice but best of all location, just a 2 minute walk to the Prince of Wales theatre where we went to see Book of Mormon, good value for my money

A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.

Perfect location in central London walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, shopping, theaters, and the tube. Loved the black out curtains for extra sleep. Breakfast buffet was also great.

Very good hotel with friendly and supportive staff. Located right in the heart of Soho, with Chinatown just up the street. Bed is a bit small for a couple but very comfortable. There are many good places around, so very convenient.
