Went to London to celebrate a very close friend's 60th birthday. The whole stau at th hotel was very memorable.Wonderful front desk staff during check-in and checkout. Night staff very welcoming too. Breakast staff and front desk staff all so lovely friendly and helpful.
Choice of self serve continental and full breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee and breakfast juice. Central to Trafalgar Square/ Covent garden.
Would definitely stay again.

Booked a family King Suite. Extremely clean, very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and friendly staff. Location was excellent close the bars, restaurants, theatres and Covent Garden.

A nice hotel that close to Trafalgar Square and underground station. Really convenient and comfortable. Staffs were helpful and amenities were sufficiently provided. A bit noisy in the night but cannot complaint with its handy location. Lots of restaurants, bars, and also art performing halls nearby which is a big plus when visiting the city. Pricing was reasonable and a great choice for next biz trip.

Walls very thin, could hear family in the next room talking. Room very cool, couldn’t get it above 20 and outside was around zero. Beds very very firm. Room cleanish, could do with a proper clean. Bathroom good, towel big if a little old and thin. Public areas clean except cleaner leaving hoover/cleaning trolley near bottom of stairs which was a bit of a hazard.
Wouldn’t stay again due to noise and I was cold.

L’insonorisation. Depuis la chambre, on entend vraiment tout.
De plus, la température dans la salle de bain était vraiment glaciale.
Finalement, je pense que cela provenant du système de chauffage mais il y avait un bruit “clic” incessant

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hotels perfekt für Musical-Besuche. Das Bad war im Twin-Standardzimmer sehr eng und hat wenig Ablagefläche. Leider war während des Aufenthalts nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb, was zu langen Wartezeiten geführt hat.
