诺丁汉特里维勒斯瑞珍斯酒店

雙人房房間很大，樓底高，有簡約廚房，最欣賞是浴室內的花灑，有三個出水位 (固定花灑 / 手握花灑 / 水龍頭)，水龍頭約一米高，十分適合本人洗頭。但房間清潔非每天做，住了兩個晚上，垃圾沒清理，廁紙沒補充，是一敗筆。可是仍值得推薦。

When we went to check in The receptionist asked for ID, I ask a couple of questions 1, why do you need that, which he didn’t answer that, 2, what will you be doing with the information on the card, will you be sharing this with, how long will it remain on your system before it’s destroyed, I did show him my ID and he took a photo of it on his mobile phone, the heading did not work in the room and a sliver sticker had been place over part of the control, there was broken floor tiles in the toilet with sharp edges, the chair in the room had a big cut in the left arm, I took a pillow of the top of the wardrobe which had a massive stain on it,

Room spotless; really great building; had everything that I needed

The bedding was not clean, we as the guests had to change our bed sheets at 1:30am with very little help from the receptionist. Metal sticking out of the mattress. Noise disturbance from other rooms and a party going on outside the hotel. In addition, despite mentioning upon check in that my friend has celiacs disease, the breakfast given to us had gluten. If had she had not questioned this, she would have been incredibly poorly. When trying to discuss this politely with the hotel manager, we were brushed off, handed a piece of paper and told to email our complaint.

Everything at this hotel just seemed cheap. Good breakfast though!

There was no fridge and chair in the room, went down to reception to ask for one and he said he will bring it but never and the bathroom got this funny smell

Decent hotel for the money. The room was aesthetically stylish, and the heating was simple and the windows were openable. The shower door didn’t close fully but the bed was comfy. I’d stay again.

Room was good size, clean and tidy - we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely use again.

Room spacious and clean. Great breakfast. Walking distance to the city.

The room was stained and dirty, the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and moved when you stepped on them, the chair was dirty and had a burn hole in it from a cigarette. My key stopped working half way through my stay and i kept finding bugs around the bed

I had no heating for 24 hours in the room, and therefore got absolutely no sleep aldue to the time of the year, being around freezing. There were no staff at reception when i came down in the morning, and their emergency contact number went straight to voicemail. Useless.

Great welcome, checked in earlier and they did a discount for early check-in which was great. The room was nice and warm. Had everything we needed, highly recommended.

A Wall needs painting, sink is small, clean, good size, tasty vegetarian breakfast, good location and helpful staff therefore I recommend this hotel.
