Check in staff couldn't have been more helpful....plus we had a large fan in the room which helped in the heat ..only a ten fifteen minutes walk to city centre.

It was nice stay very clean and comfortable but u can here lots of noise from nextdoor and outside that’s mean room are not sound proof also in the toilet clothes rack was already broke it should be fixed because everytime u put your clothes it fall of apart from that it was nice experience i’ll give 7 out of 10.

Blooming freezing in room. Heating the room in advance when it's 9 degrees Celsius outside would have been wiser when you're expecting a guest. I put the extra plug in radiator on plus tried to operate the heating but there was no extra duvet and the one on the bed wasn't thick enough to handle the cold. I had to sleep in 3 jumpers, thermal leggings, a hat and gloves to cope. It would have been good if not for the cold - there's a microwave and a basic kitchenette. Some basic crockery would have been helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. We ordered fried egg and poached egg. We got scrambled. Non of us like scrambled. The apple juice tasted like it had been sitting open for months. Definitely would not pay for breakfast again.

I would like a full refund for this trip. The room was dusty, bed uncomfortable and I was bitten here. The shower was off the hinge nail sticking out and when I explained to staff I have severe asthma and we needed a parking space in car park or close by they were unhelpful. I explained to manager on duty about the shower and he insinuated we had broken it despite me being 5”2 and not being able to even reach the part where it was broken! We both felt we couldn’t have a shower without it collapsing on us! The door lock was broken didn’t lock and there was smashed/ broken window from the glass outside so the room was cold the whole time heating didn’t work so the room was very draughty and cold. The fan had so much dust in it and the room was generally unclean and dusty which made me wheezy with my asthma. And we were cold all night.

The TV in the room did not work.
I stayed 2 nights and when I questioned if the room had been cleaned on the morning of the 2nd day I was informed it had been. I explained that no coffee had been left, the person I spoke too said he would bring some to the room but never did.
The room fob did not work on the 2nd night and I was very lucky that there was still a member of staff on duty

Decently big room with a comfortable bed. Very easy to locate and only a mere 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. Check-in was easy with a helpful elevator up to the different floors. My only slight issue was the water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing, but was still usable and good enough.
