我們幸運的被升等，非常喜歡他們的房間有品味有風格很有味道又很寬敞。可惜服務人員很難叫的到，我們在泳池想點飲料請工作人員幫我們叫人來等到最後都沒有人來，請人送我以及行李到主樓也等了半個小時。所以延遲了午餐時間吃的很趕。我覺得很可惜。也許你需要有車才適合住別館，如果你想放鬆可能住主樓很多事情會來的更便捷

Correct mais décevant pour le prix. Séjour au château du thil pour une nuit, l'endroit est calme et agréable. Le parc du château est très beau et le cadre des sources de caudalie est magnifique. L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel très gentil, cependant quelques points négatifs : Pas de wifi, peu de personnel notamment au petit déjeuner du château du thil (1 personne pour la réception, cuisine, service), pas de produits Caudalie en chambre (trop de promotion autour du spa caudalie qui n'est absolument pas mis en avant dans les hôtels). Tarifs du spa non justifié et fermé le dimanche après-midi (plus cher qu'a Paris pour les même prestations 168€ le soin du visage de 50min contre 105€ à Paris même). Quelques imperfections de manière générale non acceptable pour un 5* dit "Palace". Malheureusement l'emplacement ne fait pas tout.

We spent a magical two days at Caudalie. We are planning to come back to stay longer! Everything was perfect!

Bonne experience mais très déçu par l’espace soin, pour partie inaccessible sans un gros supplément, ou en panne (piscine non chauffée et sauna hors service).

If you book the Chateau le Thil room, please understand that you're basically booking at a separate hotel. You need a car for the 3 min drive, or a bike during the day. We wished we would have just booked at the main hotel, because it felt like we got a completely separate experience than what we were hoping for. We also wished the distance between the two was made clearer on booking (or with an immediate follow up email) - it really felt like a separate property and should be marketed as such. The main hotel itself was beautiful, but we had some missteps with the staff. A few large groups were staying at the property and they seemed much more concerned with them than with our smaller group of 4. Service as the restaurant was spotty - twice we ordered white wines (both in French, and by pointing to them on the menu), and were delivered reds. At check-in it was not made clear where the spa was, and there's little signage in the hotel, so we were wandering around trying to find someone to direct us before our appointment (no one at the front desk). They directed us through a gate that was locked, it was a frustrating situation. The spa itself was beautiful, if limited in facilities (2 pools and a steam room), but the treatments were excellent. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall, it felt like a beautiful surface without the actual bones of good service. We didn't feel as cared for as we have at other luxury properties. It was frankly disappointing.

Veldig overpriset i forhold til hva man får. Vi bodde på et gjestehus 1,5 km unna hovedbygget , og det var flue langs vinduskarmen da vi sjekket inn. Ellers fine omgivelser.
