The staff is what makes this hotel a great place to stay. Professional and friendly are the best descriptors for them.
The hotel also has a very good location. Don’t let the facade of the building put you off as this is a very nice place to stay while in Lyon.

Great full-service hotel in an outstanding location. Every staff person showed complete dedication to making my stay pleasant. Morning breakfast with view of the river was memorable. Facilities are not particularly new, but everything in the room was spotless and worked perfectly.

Great customer service and staff. Great location! But terrible rooms ! No air conditioner! Bathroom flashing didn’t work! King bed room , was super small even for 1 person !!! Didn’t have Iron . Not clean! Breakfast was terrible! They charges €34 for each person but for nothing. ! No variety!!!! Even basic!!!

C'est un très bon hôtel, avec un petit-déjeuner délicieux et une vue imprenable sur Lyon. La chambre était superbe, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires... Ce qui nous a beaucoup contrariés, c'est qu'il y avait des fourmis dans notre chambre. Elles ont ensuite envahi notre valise... Lorsque je me suis plaint à la réceptionniste, elle s'est contentée de dire « Je suis désolée »... Ce n'est vraiment pas digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles...
