Sofitel Lyon Bellecour

Amazing from start to finish and much needed. The bellman was so helpful and parked AND charged my car and took our bags up, we were upgraded for free at checkin and everything was just amazing. A breath of fresh air for my nana and I on her bucket list tour

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel im Stadtzentrum mit Parkgarage. Praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, gute Betten, schönes Badezimmer. Durchwegs sehr freundliches Personal. Würde wieder kommen.

Excellent service from all staff. The hotel is aging slightly compared with other 5 star hotels in the area. Certainly the hotel and its facilities are better than some of the online reviews. The ‘shower experience’ was disappointing. Simply not impressed with cold water sprays with some background sounds.

A nice older hotel; staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine but rather outdated.

Localização muito boa, mas o hotel mostra que é antigo sem tentativa de modernização. Quarto bom. Não tivemos upgrade do hotels, assim como não tenho tido upgrades em nenhum dos hotéis que faço pelo app…

Bad nicht 5 Sterne like

Room is outdated. No telephone charging outlets. Breakfast is good. Staff is very pleasant. Gym is good . Location is good . HVAC unit was broken. It was repaired the next day . Not a true five star hotel . Amenities not modern

One could see that this was a 5star hotel. But this was long ago. The hotel has not been renovated and is still in old shape and styl. Not worth 5 stars

Cold floor in a bathroom

Das Sofitel Bellcour ist an zentraler Lage auf der Halbinsel von Lyon. Das Personal am Empfang sowie im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bad mit der grossen Dusche ist ein grosses Plus. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel
