The room was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Room facilities are very good.

整體來說都推薦入住此酒店, 地點非常接近市中心和羅騰堡最標誌性的打卡位。 這次與家人是自駕遊方式遊覽, 事前有與酒店聯絡留車位 (酒店專用車位距離酒店約5-8分鐘路程, 收費為12 Euro ) 酒店是古蹟建築物, 整個很有特式而且非常整潔。 這次預訂的是高級雙人房, 入住在主樓1樓的房, 房間和浴室都很大,有兩張單人床而且沙發休息區, 景觀是對面的街景。床褥是整個行程最舒適的床褥。 房間是門使用傳統的鎖, 鎖匙配有一個巨大而沉重並刻有酒店名字的鎖匙扣, 非常有特式。 比較遺憾的是入住時我們分開了一半人去泊車, 一半人check-in, 女職員說要人齊才可以check-in兩間房, 只有一半人只可以取一間房。而職員態度有少許差別對待, 對待我們和會說德文的住客是兩個態度,不過職員最後都有幫助我們成功入住和講解必要的事項。 而最後兩間房雖然在同層, 但距離有點遠, 不過沒有太影響整個入住體驗, 仍然是很推薦這所酒店。第二天早上酒店有其他熱情親切打招呼的職員, 酒店的配套亦很好,性價比都很高

Front desk person never got close to a smile. She was closer to rude. Please hire folks that will greet with welcoming attitude and be friendly. Also We never knew we had to pre register for parking no email no notification. So we were told no option with hotel. Bed is the hardest mattress ever. We had worse sleep of entire trip. No coffee maker in room. No wash cloths. Flooring level changes between bedroom entry and bath so very easy to stub toe in the night. Never staying here again.

The room was stunning and the bathroom beautiful with all its marble! The tub was extra large and definitely worth the nice soak after a cold rainy day. The bed was very comfortable. We ordered the buffet breakfast which had a variety of breads, fruits, veggies, meats and yogurt options. Thwy had a variety of options for coffee machine and tea available too. Very delicious!

Helpful staff when needed, good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. GREAT little town!

I highly recommend a stay at the Eisenhut. The location is superb, the staff welcoming and helpful, and our room with balcony was lovely. I recommend staying for at least 2 nights to really get to enjoy the town and facility. We will definitely be bqck.

Omg 😳 what a delightful place to stay. Our room was so awesome and the view was spectacular. The comfort of the room was exceptional. I will definitely be back.

フロントスタッフのかたが親切で好感が持てました。部屋の鍵を回して開けるのに苦労したのです。また、セイフティボックスの使い方に戸惑いました。どちらもすぐに駆けつけてくださり、詳しい説明もしてくださいました。 見知らぬ地に来て不安と疲れが溜まっている時、スタッフのホスピタリティはとても嬉しかったです。

Le stationnement est à 10 minutes de marche. Heureusement l'hôtel fournit des parapluies

While the location of this hotel is breathtakingly beautiful, our stay was far from perfect. The town itself is very challenging to drive through, and the designated parking area is quite a walk from the hotel. We were told our room would be ready at 1 p.m. but had to wait until 3 p.m. for check-in. The room was large and offered plenty of space, but the heat was unbearable due to a lack of air conditioning. The most disappointing part, however, was the bed. Both the mattress and pillows were extremely hard, and we ended up with little to no sleep. Staying for just one night was a relief. For future guests, we hope the hotel considers replacing the old, uncomfortable mattresses and pillows.

Excelente localização, otimo hotel e excelente café da manhã. Apenas o banheiro não agradou. Poderia ser reformado. Fiquei hospeada no predio anexo ao principal.
