The room was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Room facilities are very good.

整體來說都推薦入住此酒店, 地點非常接近市中心和羅騰堡最標誌性的打卡位。 這次與家人是自駕遊方式遊覽, 事前有與酒店聯絡留車位 (酒店專用車位距離酒店約5-8分鐘路程, 收費為12 Euro ) 酒店是古蹟建築物, 整個很有特式而且非常整潔。 這次預訂的是高級雙人房, 入住在主樓1樓的房, 房間和浴室都很大,有兩張單人床而且沙發休息區, 景觀是對面的街景。床褥是整個行程最舒適的床褥。 房間是門使用傳統的鎖, 鎖匙配有一個巨大而沉重並刻有酒店名字的鎖匙扣, 非常有特式。 比較遺憾的是入住時我們分開了一半人去泊車, 一半人check-in, 女職員說要人齊才可以check-in兩間房, 只有一半人只可以取一間房。而職員態度有少許差別對待, 對待我們和會說德文的住客是兩個態度,不過職員最後都有幫助我們成功入住和講解必要的事項。 而最後兩間房雖然在同層, 但距離有點遠, 不過沒有太影響整個入住體驗, 仍然是很推薦這所酒店。第二天早上酒店有其他熱情親切打招呼的職員, 酒店的配套亦很好,性價比都很高

Wonderful stay on our one night visit to Rothenburg. The staff was great and very helpful. The location is prime right near many of the main sites. There's a great pizza place right across the street that has great food and great drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is very good as well. We had a dessert there that was incredible. On the night we were there there was a piano player that was very good and it was a nice touch to have. Highly recommend staying here if you visit

Charming hotel in a beautiful city.

The staff were very helpful- Lydia and Cavid at the front desk. We got lost looking for the parking but they assisted us patiently to explain where the parking is. Erickson and Gus at the restaurant were worth mentioning- Erickson very helpful with the beer choice for my husband and Gus at the breakfast was very polite and respectful. Highly recommended! 5 star staff customer service par excellance , hotel is full of history..

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it is always a joy. This time the lock on our door was broken. We were supposed to have a room with the view of the city but they moved us to another room with a view of the roof. We could have waited hours for the locksmith and had the same room but my husband wanted to shower. They said it was an upgrade, but I have stayed at this hotel many times and know better. (And had booked an upgraded room for our friends that we’ve stayed in before) I didn’t want an upgrade anyway, just to enjoy the view. Anyway, the room was still lovely and the staff was helpful and polite. They tried to accommodate a situation that was largely out of their control. If it were my only time in Rothenburg I would have been very disappointed. As it was the room was nice, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is great, the location is unsurpassed, the breakfast is good and I’ll still stay there again hoping for better luck next time. For the price and quality you really can’t get a better room in town and it’s still my favorite hotel there (I’ve stayed in others too) Side note - there used to be free parking associated with the hotel. One now has to book in advance. If you don’t or there is no room there is a parking lot outside the wall not far away that is very inexpensive and convenient.

The breakfast buffet was abundant. What we especially enjoyed, other than the town itself, was Dimitri at the piano, in the bar. He was incredible and awesome. Thank you for a wonderful day.

This property was in the perfect location. We were only steps away from all the excitement. The room was large and nicely decorated. We will stay here again on future visits!!

Grosses Zimmer, Dusche in die Jahre gekommen ,mit hohem Einstieg, sehr unpraktisch für Leute mit Knieproblemen.Die beiden schmalen Einzelbetten waren auf Rollen zueinander geschoben.Wenn man sich im Schlaf umdrehte rollte das Bett weg.Mein Partner schlief dann auf dem Sofa.Mittagessen und Frühstk waren tiptop.Personal sehr freundlich.Lage toll.

格式高いホテル。部屋もレストランもレセプションのフロアも空間にゆとりがあり、贅沢気分が味わえる。中世を味わえる街なので、建物自体は古いがメンテナンスは行き届いていて、水回りもきれい。朝食も豪華。別館の部屋を取ると、道を挟んだ反対側の朝食会場に行く必要がある。会議設備は使いやすかった。外のレストランも気持ち良い。
