Hotel Eisenhut

I booked this hotel through app expecting a 4-star experience based on the photos and description shown on the platform. Unfortunately, the reality was very different and very disappointing. Because I booked in a hurry, I selected a Classic Room in the separate building, which is located across the street from the main hotel building shown in most of the listing photos. This separate building feels completely different from the main hotel and should be presented much more clearly to guests before booking. To be fair, the location is excellent, very close to the city center, and the reception staff in the main building were generally helpful and professional. The ground floor facilities in the main building are also beautiful and well maintained. However, the separate building where my room was located is far more basic and noticeably older, and there is no reception there at all. The biggest issue is that the photos on app are misleading compared to the actual room. The room I received looked significantly older, poorly maintained, and far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Specific problems included: - The door was heavily cracked and worn. - The floor was uneven/slanted, which was very noticeable. - The window was loose and seemed damaged. - The room did not provide slippers as described. - There was no kettle, no tea, and no coffee, only one complimentary bottle of water. - The desk was unstable and wobbly. - The Classic Room consists of two separate single beds, not a double bed. - The bathroom had clean towels, but only one small set of cotton buds and cotton pads, and the same product was used as shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Overall, this experience does not match the standards of a 4-star hotel, and more importantly, it does not match what was advertised on app. I strongly believe app and the hotel should clearly differentiate the rooms in the separate building and show accurate photos.
