The room was very comfortable and the location was very convenient. Room facilities are very good.

整體來說都推薦入住此酒店, 地點非常接近市中心和羅騰堡最標誌性的打卡位。 這次與家人是自駕遊方式遊覽, 事前有與酒店聯絡留車位 (酒店專用車位距離酒店約5-8分鐘路程, 收費為12 Euro ) 酒店是古蹟建築物, 整個很有特式而且非常整潔。 這次預訂的是高級雙人房, 入住在主樓1樓的房, 房間和浴室都很大,有兩張單人床而且沙發休息區, 景觀是對面的街景。床褥是整個行程最舒適的床褥。 房間是門使用傳統的鎖, 鎖匙配有一個巨大而沉重並刻有酒店名字的鎖匙扣, 非常有特式。 比較遺憾的是入住時我們分開了一半人去泊車, 一半人check-in, 女職員說要人齊才可以check-in兩間房, 只有一半人只可以取一間房。而職員態度有少許差別對待, 對待我們和會說德文的住客是兩個態度,不過職員最後都有幫助我們成功入住和講解必要的事項。 而最後兩間房雖然在同層, 但距離有點遠, 不過沒有太影響整個入住體驗, 仍然是很推薦這所酒店。第二天早上酒店有其他熱情親切打招呼的職員, 酒店的配套亦很好,性價比都很高

This was a very unique hotel! Updated rooms, but hallways and restaurant area contained very cool antique furniture and pictures! Location was awesome, right in town, breakfast delightful and lots of choice, hot and cold food. Definitely worth $19. Would stay here again if in area! If good enough for Winston Churchill, good enough for me!

Très grand avec plein de recoins à découvrir et beaucoup de personnel. Certains sont très sympas et ouverts et font un bon service... mais il y a malheureusement les autres que votre venue semble déranger. C'est vrai qu'on leur créé du travail et si ils n'ont pas compris la relation avec leur salaire, c'est forcément compliqué. Reste que l'hotel est beau et dans un cadre magique. Aucun regret d'y avoir séjourné.

Fantastic hotel,wonderful location in a beautiful town.Room was amazing.we had everything nerdy on the terrace which was lovely.We were literally in the middle of everything.great breakfast and great value.we will be back just fir the hotel alone

Overall a nice hotel. There’s no elevator on the first floor, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Good location.

O ponto alto do hotel é, sem dúvida, a localização: está literalmente no coração da cidade. O apartamento é amplo, confortável e muito agradável. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Em relação à recepção, ela não funciona 24 horas. Caso você saia à noite, precisará abrir o hotel por conta própria ao retornar. Para mim, porém, isso não representou nenhum problema. Eu me hospedaria novamente neste hotel.

Our room, a superior double room DID NOT look anything like the pictures online. The room was large and clean but the furniture was old, the bed had a thin uncomfortable mattress and the room was not nicely decorated. The hotel is run down. Don’t count on getting parking. Even though this hotel is listed as having parking it is only 14 spaces for a couple of hundred rooms. Staff was not helpful and sent us to the tourist info center. There was a festival going on that the hotel did not notify us about until I requested parking. Loud drums and parading past our windows until after 1 am. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is very charming. The staff was not very helpful and the room was incredibly noisy. We were spending over 180 Euros on dinner and they would only sell us water, they wouldn't provide tap water. But the room was clean and the hotel itself was charming.

Hotel mit besonderem Flair mitten in der Altstadt, alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zimmer war renoviert.

A beautiful hotel, in a quiet relaxing setting! Very walkable to everything within the walled town. Staff were wonderful and we booked a second night! The restaurant is excellent.
