Litet rum men stort badrum. Ingen ac men fläkt på rummet. Perfekt läge o lätt att parkera. Man får använda appen Parkster o bara betala för 2 timmar i taget.

Dejligt værelse - fantastisk ophold

Fint velholdt hotel midt i byen ( ingen aircondition men vifter på værelset). Mange gode oplevelser - gående rundt i byen. Super morgenmad. Man skal parkere uden for bymuren - også hotellets egen parkering er et stykke væk. Man kan dog holde foran hotellet og læsse af og på.

Lovely hotel but be aware that it is historic with no AC. They supply a fan that doesn't do much, we visited in end of June and we were sweating at night. Opening the windows gave no relief either. It was hard to fall asleep. I would avoid in summer months. The other issue in Rothenburg area only couple taxis available. We booked a taxi thru hotel on our checkout date at 10:15 am then realized we needed to catch an earlier train. So I notified the hotel the day before to ask if we can change it to 09:30 instead. They informed me they can't change it because they are fully booked. So I said ok- obviously I had no other choice (Uber not an option in that town). The next day we checkout, the frontdesk lady saw us waiting outside at 10:am, 10:15 rolls in no taxi. I go back in ask the front desk, she said oh I canceled it yesterday! Im like what? I didn't ask you to cancel! And if you were confused how about you call your guest and ask should we cancel? Then u saw us outside- what did u think we were waiting for??? When our only option was the taxi you canceled!! A bit of common sense would have gone a long way and better communication. I was a bit upset and she was asking me to calm down ( I was not yelling just upset and asking her who said to cancel my taxi). Instead of apologizing and owning up for the mistake, she acted like I'm being irrational. You canceled my taxi without notifying me, you claimed it is fully booked and I have a train to catch...so yeah I got upset!

Great location. Nice rooms. But no AC so the room is hot and hard to sleep.

Meget bra hotel i særdeles historiske bygninger. Anbefales.

If it's hot (like it was when I was there), make sure you don't get the room with the walkway outside the windows (like I did). Not air conditioned (like all of Rothenberg) but I was unable to open the windows without the thought of someone peering or stepping into my room. Nice place but because of these reasons, I did not enjoy my stay.

Fick ett rum högst upp med snedtak vilket gjorde att rummet kändes litet, ”romantiskt” badrum utan dusch.

Ikke noe hyggelige i resepsjonen. Vanskelig å finne frem til rommene- mange trapper, «blindveier» og dårlig merking. Tør ikke tenke på hvordan man skulle kommet seg raskt ut ved feks brann. Selve rommene var helt fantastiske- Med god plass, nydelig utsikt og store bad. Minus at det ikke var a/c- for ble Vedlig varmt. Stort Minus at vår familie ikke fikk rom ved siden av hverandre (forskjellige etasjer for rommene våre)

The hotel experience was great, room super clean and comfortable, the only issue I had, was, I booked my hotel through Expedia and I include breakfast options on my reservation and payment, when I was doing my check out, the lady at the from Desk, told me that I need to pay for my breakfast, I mentioned, that I booked and paid it when I booked online, because that is what O so, every time I have that option, but it was in vain, I guess the money I paid was include as a room payment, that mean, that I pay a higher room fee per night, so, make sure you have your reservation clear, because they are no to polite. But, like I mentioned before, the hotel is excellent, breakfast is great, location is super, and 14 minutes walk from Train Station. Not polite, and have your reservation and payment clear.

This hotel is just a 2 mins walk from the town square and is so well maintained. The front desk was so helpful answering all our questions and the rooms were so beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend. Parking is a couple blocks away (7 min walk)
