Ciel-Luxe 酒店

The hotel is super cute and in a great location very close to “Central Park.” Staff was great. Antigua is cool. But the hotel is not without some problems. For example, the shower got to maybe 90° F. Warm, but not super hot. Functional but not enjoyable. Breakfast is included, you have 2 choices, fruit or “protein” which is eggs and beans. (Some of the fruit was still frozen! Berries.) Coffee may have been included but we are not coffee drinkers and having to pay extra for a hot chocolate or an orange juice is nickle and dime-y. Would seem like at least your first drink should be included. Overall though, would definitely recommend

Bruits ambiants très importants, autant dans la rue qu'à l'intérieur de l'hôtel avec un DJ et musique forte jusqu'à 11h du soir. Super hôtel. Bon accueil surclassement VIP offert. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable! La terrasse et le roof top sont sublimes. Vraiment un super endroit. Personnel accueillant. Le déjeuner est vraiment bien. Il y a un restaurant et de la musique live les we. C’est à distance de marche de la place centrale. Je recommande vraiment!

The location was great, quiet,but the room service didn't respect my privacy sign at the door and walked in to my room anyway. Also when I was checking out I left a tip for the cleaning person and the bell guy took it which left me very dissapointed. Other than that everything else was fine.

Beautiful property with lush greenery. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We set up airport transfer with Andrea but driver never arrived. He told us that he did NOT receive the request from Andrea. We contacted her and never received a reply and so got an Uber but since it was our first time in Guatemala this was very stressful! Room was NOT as pictured (no tub) and was very noisy with people dining/talking directly outside our window and at nearby front desk. Shower did not drain well. I requested water several times but did not receive. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast and location was good. Overall experience was not good and I would not stay here again!

There was a parking fee. Plus you have to walk to & back to parking car. No reception in desk all night till 7am in the morning.
