가격대비 아침식사가 너무 형편없었습니다. 그러나 스태프는 매우 친절했고, 까다로울 수 있는 제 요구를 잘 들어줬습니다. 감사합니다.

I haven’t even had the chance to stay I’m not sure what happened but the rooms where over sold, I had a call from the hotel saying that didn’t have any rooms available for me and my family there were trying to find rooms in another hotels close by By 6 pm they didn’t find any available in the whole town The only option is call expedia and see if I can get a chance… well … calling expedia was terrible and almost impossible been in a different country and been on a plane trying to message in the app dealing with a computer, since my check in was already pass it was nothing to do I hope it will be easier to communicate with expedia The hotel find me a Airbnb for my days It was not what I was paying and expected but I had rooms So yes it was not as smooth as expected

Nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Good location. The room was small, but adequate. The bed was quite firm. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

There are only two options for the free breakfast. One is eggs, beans, plantains and bread and the other is a huge plate of fresh fruit with a small ramekin of yogurt and granola. Both were delicious though. The area is very busy as it is right at the center of Antigua. It’s a great, walkable and shoppable location. It is not quiet though, the walls are super thin, so if this is important to you, you probably want to go out of the city center. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept the rooms clean and restocked daily. This was a boutique hotel with really unique styled rooms that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing boutique hotel! Loved my stay there! The service there was great! The receptionist Vanessa was very nice and helped a lot to make our stay great. The food ,the cleanliness, and the people working there were very nice! The rooms were clean and neat! Colonial boutique with a charm! I recommend staying there!

Chegamos muito cedo (6:00 am) e não tinha quarto disponível para fazer early check in (estávamos dispostos a pagar). Até aí tudo bem. Quando deu 13h o quarto estava disponível porém teríamos que aguardar até 14:30 OU pagar 250Q. para entrar mais cedo. Achei de uma mesquinharia danada, ainda mais para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas no Google.

Service was poor. I required 30 minutes for a late check out and the front desk refused to give me at least 15 minutes while I needed to pick up my family with my car. Breakfast was also 2 eggs (not a continental breakfast as they advertise) and service took so long. Overall the place was clean I just had a bad experience with the service.

Room was great. Service was great. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend

Nice courtyard and hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms are close together so noise can be an issue if you have noisy people that leave their bathroom window open.

The hotel is super cute and in a great location very close to “Central Park.” Staff was great. Antigua is cool. But the hotel is not without some problems. For example, the shower got to maybe 90° F. Warm, but not super hot. Functional but not enjoyable. Breakfast is included, you have 2 choices, fruit or “protein” which is eggs and beans. (Some of the fruit was still frozen! Berries.) Coffee may have been included but we are not coffee drinkers and having to pay extra for a hot chocolate or an orange juice is nickle and dime-y. Would seem like at least your first drink should be included. Overall though, would definitely recommend

Super belle chambre, propre, bien équipée, etc. mais un peu trop près de la rue. Bruits ambiants très importants, autant dans la rue qu'à l'intérieur de l'hôtel avec un DJ et musique forte jusqu'à 11h du soir. On avais même de la difficulté à écouter la télévision tellement c'était fort. Personnel gentil. Petit-déjeuner honnête. Près de tout

Super hôtel. Bon accueil surclassement VIP offert. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très confortable! La terrasse et le roof top sont sublimes. Vraiment un super endroit. Personnel accueillant. Le déjeuner est vraiment bien. Il y a un restaurant et de la musique live les we. C’est à distance de marche de la place centrale. Je recommande vraiment!
