餐厅摆盘nice，口味稍微和摆盘有点差距

房間的電熱器沒有作用，其他都非常好

如果用汽车未更新的谷歌导航会弄错地点，酒店是位于山脚下的一个地方，如果一开始看到的是一间类似于商铺一样的小房屋并不是酒店，不要惊慌：）如果是夜晚到达酒店，可以在路上往黑沙滩的方向看，会看到非常震撼的景色。 酒店服务很好，前台非常亲切，有电梯。 房间非常宽敞，但是稍微有点旧。床铺也算舒适。遗憾的是，洗澡的水像小溪一样温柔，不够冲走疲劳。 酒店有配备望远镜，可以看到远处的风景，我们的房间看出去的方向便是黑沙滩，酒店附近有许多小鸟落脚或飞翔。 酒店对面便是商铺，非常方便。晚餐对于我们的口味来说偏咸，早餐还不错，中规中矩。 性价比中等，总的来说，算是不错的落脚点。

Lovely selection for breakfast

Very friendly staff! They gave us a free upgrade and the room was very nice.

Great staff. Nice room with great soap shampoo and conditioner!! We had to leave early morning and could not have breakfast. The front desk arranged for packed breakfast for us. This worked out very well for us. We had a comfortable stay.

We loved staying here on our way to the diamond beach.

Was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a superior room and we would definitely book it again. The room is cozily furnished, spacious, and had a large bathroom. The bedding is comfortable and the toiletries were from L’Occitane. We enjoyed a view of the town but I think a view of the mountains is also available. Breakfast had great variety and plenty of vegetarian options. The hotel is also located some distance from the main road so it’s more secluded and private.

Best hotel I stayed at in Iceland! Staff is amazing, drinks are as well. Love that there are 2 lobby areas to relax in. The staff upgraded our stay to a family room instead of the triple at check in at no charge. They said it was because if they have spaces that are better that aren’t booked- they upgrade their guests so the nicer rooms don’t go to waste. What a concept! Customer service and client care! The US would never. Family room was gorgeous and spacious! And don’t get me started about the breakfast. Best continental hotel breakfast- so many selections (hot and cold options). Fancy pastries and even a slew of vegan foods. I wish I could have stayed much longer than one night.

Nice room, excellent breakfast and great location!

The staff was amazing. We had booked early activities both mornings and asked the staff if they could open breakfast early for us. Although they couldn’t, they offered to make us to-go breakfast boxes which was so helpful! They were so nice. The online checkin was easy and everything was smooth. Parking was easy and free. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful.
