Staff was nice, but found our room to be a bit dirty under the couch and on top of the sheets. The floor was cold and there was no slippers provided for the price of the hotel. Breakfast was good, but coffee was ok.

Personale gentile, abbiamo avuto un upgrade gratuito, non richiesto da noi ma offerto dalla struttura.
Ma la cosa più importante è stato avermi riconsegnato un mio oggetto personale che avevo smarrito nella hall e che sarebbe potito benissimo essere portato via da chiunque del personale,invece lo hanno lasciato alla reception che me lo ha riconsegnato, un gesto di correttezza e cortesia che aggiunge un enorme valore al nostro soggiorno.grazie ragazzi
