SOL by Melia Benoa Bali - All Inclusive

It's ok.對於我們的Anniversary還精心準備了蛋糕，很窩心。可惜房間內沒有浴缸，沒地方可以放鬆泡澡。海灘不知道是在整修還是怎樣，沒有照片中漂亮。

很讚的飯店! 舒服! 唯一的缺點大概是 附近吃東西的選擇較少, 本飯店的餐廳只有兩間。跟其他五星級的飯店相比，沙灘上的涼椅沒有大樹遮蔭, 只能靠陽傘，但還是很舒服且價格約其他五星級飯店的2/3，物超所值。

因為只是想純粹在海邊悠閒渡假,所以我們選擇了全包式的藍色套餐,基本上物有所值,飯店不大,算得上小而美,房間在重新裝潢過後,基本上住宿品質還不錯,服務人員非常熱情友善,餐廳水準基本上還不錯,飯店每天安排課程及表演,令旅程中增加了一些趣味,整體而言還蠻值得推薦的一間飯店,唯一缺點是私人沙灘雖然很棒,但鄰近海面上有許多水上活動,完全破壞了這邊的寧靜與美景~~

It's a big hotel facility, yet its getting pretty old. The major customers are at least forty something or above, which makes me very disappointed as a twenty-something travelling alone. Although the food and a lot of stuff are in the all-inclusive package, yet if you want to add on other activities, it's rather expensive. I am worried that during my three night stay, the cleaning staff didn't change my pillow case, and bed sheets at all. Since on the first night, I killed a mosquito on my pillow, put it aside on the table, the next day after the housekeeping service, the pillow with mosquito stain was just purposely put underneath another pillow on my bed. I was shocked when I found out, yet I just put it aside again.

舒適，每天晚餐有不同主題。有現場樂隊和舞蹈團表現。沙灘美極。 有一天無要求他們收拾房間，但外出一會兒之後回房間才發現有人入過來。

三天的酒店服务我们都很满意，早餐丰盛，客服服务非常好，酒店的配套设施都非常棒，唯一的不足时我们离店前一晚有壁虎进房间，吓的我的妻子都叫起来了，后来酒店给我们换一个房间，总之非常满意

酒店的绿化设计的非常好，和建筑融为一体，很有印尼特色。泳池里的酒吧很喜欢，到海滩很近，而且干净，人不多，没有外来的游客，能很悠闲，舒适的度过一天。酒店的服务员也很客气，只是不会中文，如果会英语或日语，那会方便很多。是家很不错的酒店， 我还会去。

整体感觉该酒店的服务还是不错，服务人员礼貌、热情，他们讲英文，不会讲中文，酒店房间设施比较陈旧，个人认为是三星级的酒店四星级的服务。 距离酒店不远（大概10-20米）是海滩，水清澈见底，比较浅，沙滩上有可爱的小小的贝壳可以捡。 不过2月份去的时候，已经很热了，清晨，只要离开房间，出去转一圈，就会热气腾腾，脑袋冒汗。

The property looks very nice. The breakfast and lunch area were bright and airy, and I appreciated having an indoor, air conditioned space to eat breakfast and lunch. The grounds were lovely with lots of greenery. The pool was nice, with swim up bar. Really nice beach chairs and covered areas on the beach provided. Better than other hotels nearby. The guest rooms tho, need updating. The furniture has clear signs of wear and tear. The rain-like shower heads need either a serious cleaning or to be replaced altogether. I chose not to use it and used the hand held shower head instead. The first room I was given- on the ground floor- definitely had a noticeable funky smell the second I entered. I switched rooms to a much better smelling room, but was informed the balcony looked out to the street. That said, the street was a side street with vendor stores and was not that busy. I had spent the previous 7 nights at Sofitel- a 10 min walk south on the beach, which is a much more luxurious and expensive resort. That said, the staff at Sol were just as pleasant and attentive as at Sofitel. For the price of staying at Sol, it was well worth the money spent.

The property is in bad shape, needs to be renovated.

We had a great stay the room was very spacious and staff were fantastic. There were plenty of good food and drink options. The resort itself is a little older but still nice.

Overall, I rate this property excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that during my stay, I didn't have the chance to fully experience the all-inclusive aspect. The reason for that was that the facility lacked options for pure vegetarian food. Every single dish had meat or eggs. So we were limited to eating fruits and a few hand-selected veg dishes. BUT I'm very appreciative of the staff for accommodating our needs and the chef for making us dishes outside of the menu. On the very last day, staff brought us a veg menu that they no longer used at their facility.

Very nice all-inclusive hotel. It's not big but we stayed there for 2 nights only and we liked it.

Superbe hôtel dans un cadre magnifique ! Le personnel ainsi que tous les locaux sont adorables et prennent soins de nous. Hôtel propre et entretenu, chambre spacieuse et confortable. L’hôtel dispose de belles prestations comme sa plage privative, sa grande piscine avec bar, les 2 restaurants, les animations etc… je recommande à 100%

Excellent service and location was great. Can't fault it.

From the time we arrived until the time we left we were wanting for nothing. Food was enjoyable, and the all inclusive drinks package was wide and varied.
