Khách sạn là tuyệt vời! Chính xác như những gì bạn nhìn thấy trong hình ảnh. Nhân viên thân thiện. Nơi đây có một hồ bơi cỡ Tốt, với sân sau chỉ cách bãi biển vài bước chân với giường tắm nắng được cung cấp. Nó rất yên tĩnh trong thời gian tôi ở vì nó vẫn còn trong thời gian đại dịch.

Khách sạn đẹp, phòng rộng rãi với balcon, nhân viên đều thân thiện. Hỏi những gì để trả lời ngay lập tức, hồ bơi đẹp, bãi biển riêng đẹp, như có những điểm hấp dẫn như đêm đầu tiên của tôi, họ có điệu nhảy lửa thơm trong sảnh. Đêm thứ hai họ có một bữa tối lãng mạn ở bãi biển cộng với nhạc sống. Pas ăn sáng cũng không khó để hỏi từ phòng bao nhiêu người. Có lẽ bởi vì khi tôi đăng ký, tôi cũng đã được hỏi rằng 2 người lớn đang phải trả phí nhưng theo tôi thì nó thực sự đáng giá không như ngày hôm qua tôi ở lại Ubud. Các tính năng bổ sung là điên rồ, giá không phù hợp với khách sạn. Dù sao, thực sự hạnh phúc khi ở lại đây. Nếu bạn đi đến Bali chắc chắn ở lại đây một lần nữa.

The property looks very nice. The breakfast and lunch area were bright and airy, and I appreciated having an indoor, air conditioned space to eat breakfast and lunch. The grounds were lovely with lots of greenery. The pool was nice, with swim up bar. Really nice beach chairs and covered areas on the beach provided. Better than other hotels nearby. The guest rooms tho, need updating. The furniture has clear signs of wear and tear. The rain-like shower heads need either a serious cleaning or to be replaced altogether. I chose not to use it and used the hand held shower head instead. The first room I was given- on the ground floor- definitely had a noticeable funky smell the second I entered. I switched rooms to a much better smelling room, but was informed the balcony looked out to the street. That said, the street was a side street with vendor stores and was not that busy. I had spent the previous 7 nights at Sofitel- a 10 min walk south on the beach, which is a much more luxurious and expensive resort. That said, the staff at Sol were just as pleasant and attentive as at Sofitel. For the price of staying at Sol, it was well worth the money spent.

Overall, I rate this property excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that during my stay, I didn't have the chance to fully experience the all-inclusive aspect. The reason for that was that the facility lacked options for pure vegetarian food. Every single dish had meat or eggs. So we were limited to eating fruits and a few hand-selected veg dishes. BUT I'm very appreciative of the staff for accommodating our needs and the chef for making us dishes outside of the menu. On the very last day, staff brought us a veg menu that they no longer used at their facility.

After a long journey from NY, we were just looking for a place to shake off any jet lag and not have to go anywhere. This place was perfect for us. 24 hour restaurant, pool and beach. Very relaxing, great staff and just a nice environment. Would highly recommend.

Do not use the concierge for a rights and taxis. The rides that they called from the hotel. They rip you off, and don’t take you where you wanna go. And if you order, do not order off the menu. Anything that comes out of the kitchen from the menu is not good there. It’s just old. I hatch my first night. I had a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp look like and tasted like they have been cooked a month ago, and I didn’t even have to chew it. It was disgusting. Sorry to say that, but it was true. Everything I ordered from the menu. Anytime was bad, but they were OK.

We stayed in a junior suite all inclusive for 5 nights.1st morning housekeeping are knocking on the door and walking in at 815am to clean the room! I hadn’t even got out of bed.
I was sick the entire stay. They poisoned me time and time again. I am coeliac/ gluten free. No one there is educated enough to know what this is.
If you have food allergies go elsewhere, spend your money on a good hotel.
No service at the bar- 3 staff mucking around just ignored us for over 10 mins.
Serving sough dough bread as gluten free, putting poached eggs on white bread then scraping the eggs off the bread and saying ok now no gluten!
I’ve travelled to Bali many years and never had a problem until this place. Go elsewhere

We stayed in a junior suite all inclusive for 5 nights.1st morning housekeeping are knocking on the door and walking in at 815am to clean the room! I hadn’t even got out of bed.
I was sick the entire stay. They poisoned me time and time again. I am coeliac/ gluten free. No one there is educated enough to know what this is.
If you have food allergies go elsewhere, spend your money on a good hotel.
No service at the bar- 3 staff mucking around just ignored us for over 10 mins.
Serving sough dough bread as gluten free, putting poached eggs on white bread then scraping the eggs off the bread and saying ok now no gluten!
I’ve travelled to Bali many years and never had a problem until this place. Go elsewhere
