Amazing from start to finish! Perfect hotel for honeymoon!

We had an amazing experience!

The hotel was amazing, the staff were really helpful. The restaurants were really good and there was activities to do nearby.

La communication sur les équipements de l’hôtel et la qualité des prestations proposées était faussée, le all inclusive n’était finalement pas si all inclusive que ça, beaucoup de choses en option par rapport à ce qui était vendu sur le site… La nourriture n’était pas très bonne, trop salée ou trop sucrée. Le plus décevant était l’accès à l’eau potable. Ayant remarqué le pictogramme présent au dessus du lavabo de notre salle de bain qui indiquait de l’eau non potable nous sommes allez à la réception demander comment nous en procurer, on nous a répondu qu’il fallait la boire au restaurant ou dans les bar ou s’acheter des bouteilles d’eau… L’accès à l’eau potable est normalement une priorité. De plus il était indiqué que le personnel parlait français, aucun personnel ne le parlait. Séjour très cher pour la qualité.

The hotel is breathtaking. I was very pleased with my room, and the ocean view. Would absolutely book again.

Rooms were clean everyday, good variety of breakfast buffets, beautiful sea view room and infinity pool.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was lovely and staff were really friendly. There’s so much to offer in the hotel - many restaurants, pools etc.

We had an awesome 7 night stay in May. We book 1/2 board (breakfast and dinner included) and the food was excellent quality, staff all very helpful and cheerful, and self pour wine, beer, juice etc. Our kids (4,8) spent a lot of time in the indoor pool as the outdoor pool was a little cold this time of year. We used the kids club a few times, our kids liked it there and kept asking to go back, the staff there were lovely. We booked a family room with ocean view and I was so glad we did. It was nice to have the kids in a separate bedroom so we could sit out and enjoy the view in the evenings. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling with kids.

The hotel is OK. Overcrowded. Close to impossible to catch the elevator. Breakfast has a lot to offer, but nothing was really delicious.

Fräscht, fint hotell. Barnvänligt med kids club, vattenrutschkanor mm. Frukosten var väl bra men inte fantastisk. Vi bodde m havsutsikt i ett jättefint rum. Rekommenderas! 😁

Food excellent. Restaurant staff and room cleaner excellent. Reception and rooftop bar staff not up to standard at times and unhelpful.

I don't normally stay in big hotels, but this was an excellent experience. My wife is in a wheelchair and the amenities for her were perfect, big rooms and great views if you are at the front of the hotel. Food was excellent literally no complaints

We just stayed here for 4 nights, and I've gotta say it was an amazing visit. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get a bus or taxi from, or a nice stroll into town. The hotel had plenty to keep you occupied day and evening, and the food was amazing.

Good location, lovely hotel!

Very loud. Slamming doors throught the night and lots of drunk screaming people. Beds hard as sleeping on the floor. Otherwise nice.

Someone told me it had been renovated 18 months ago but I find that hard to believe. The decor or rooms are by no means luxury as described on the site I booked it. The room absolutely stank when we arrived I later likened it to tne smell of the indoor pool. Thw towels in the room are of poor quality and overall I would not stay here again It was all inclusive but don’t be fooled, the cocktails have little to no alcohol, the hot drinks are barely warm so ask for extra hot when getting a coffee from anywhere, The dining options were good but the restaurant floor needed a constant sweep.
