Breakfast buffet was fabulous! Wonderful amenities. My only complaint was that the elevaters were slow to get to the floor and then you had to run before the door closed again!

We had reserved a suite over looking the bay - amazing!!!
The buffet was superb! Variety each night was wonderful! We had booked au bord so had buffets for breakfast and supper each day! Wonderful! No complaints at all. Location was fantastic.

Les plus: vue sur la mer, les 2 piscines intérieure et extérieure, la chambre familiale, option late check out, proximité à pied de l’aquarium.
Les moins: salle de bain vieillissante et étroite , pas de siphon dans la baignoire d’où les odeurs d’égout, la nourriture du all inclusive n’est pas saine ni fraîche, très anglais, les éclairages de chaque côté du lit ne fonctionnaient pas, le balcon etait condamné et la vitre très sale, dommage pour la vue sur la mer… , il y a 6 ascenseurs mais on attend toujours pour le prendre.
En conclusion on etait pas trop mal mais on y retournera pas :-)

Generally very good: room, staff, location, breakfast, facilities, cleanliness.
Balcony light was not working on arrival. Technician sent following our first request for attention claimed that the light fitting “was not a light”. Fixed by technician sent following our second request for attention.
We were gifted by a relative a voucher for a meal at the Minoa restaurant at the hotel. The process to redeem this voucher was rather complex, involving three visits to the reception area and communication between my mobile phone and that of our waiter.

Sehr gute Trattoria und Sky Bar mit guten Cocktails, nicht günstig aber tolles Ambiente mit Dachterrasse. Zimmer sauber und tägliche Reinigung. Ein wenig abgenutztes Bad. Frühstück ist eine Massenabfertigung und nicht sehr angenehm, jedoch alles vorhanden. Bademantel kostet 5€ pro Person und bekommt man nicht zurück, wobei in anderen Hotels Bademäntel kostenlos inklusive sind. Personal freundlich.Pool nicht nutzbar, viele Kinder im Pool und sehr laut,Wasser trüb. Straßenlärm im Zimmer zu hören, Terrassentür nicht sehr gut abgedichet. Vieles in der Nähe. Das Malta Aquarium ist sehr zum empfehlen und ein Abstecher in die Schokolade Fabrik ist auch zu empfehlen. Die Cocktail Bar Cheeky Monkey vis a vis ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Preiswertes Essen und Cocktails.Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Got an upgrade which was lovely!
The best part our holiday was the hotel!
The bar in the evening has live music performances.
