We just finished our stay here we absolutely loved it and would recommend to everyone. We were kindly upgraded to a deluxe sea view room which made a great start to the holiday. I didn’t get the name of the man who cleaned are room on 8th floor but he was amazing and very friendly. All staff we talked to were very kind and helpful. We loved the pool options are some are adults only if you’d like some peace and quiet, highly recommend this hotel

Otro detalle: reservar las hamacas de la piscina o tirar la toalla en algunas hamacas y luego no acudir a la piscina en horas, deberían controlarlo…

Buona colazione continentale abbondante e varia, bellissima la piscina soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Unica pecca, la rumorosità notturna di un gruppo nutrito di ospiti sopraggiunti dopo un giorno rispetto a noi, che gridavano e facevano baldoria sia in piscina che, soprattutto di sera fino a notte fonda.

We had a really wonderful week here. The best part was that as a family it catered to all our needs. Friendly, lovely professional staff and a HUGE shout to the entertainment team who ran the Kids Club. I have never known my daughter to love one so much. Allowed us to even have date night in the evening #winning!!!

I have traveled my entire life and this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The most INCREDIBLE staff, particularly those working and managing the 11th floor pool, bar and Minoa restaurant. Exceptional service with great food and amenities. If I could give it 6 stars I would !!!!!

The property was excellent but we were on a side of the hotel that had limited lifts and we had to walk quite a distance to reach the side of the property with multiple lifts available.

Poolside and reception staff are superb especially the staff at the slides who were brilliant and encouraging with children. Exterior and public areas are immaculate. Room floors less so. Had a few odd exchanges with catering staff and one at Luzzo restaurant was pretty offhand.

We liked the food very much , the choice was immense and the food so tasty and fresh. We didn’t like the loud music by the pool at times it was overwhelming, we also didn’t like not being able to access the infinity pool or the quiet bar at the top as we have a 3 month old baby who could do with the quiet space and the lovely shade upstairs that wasn’t available by the pool .
