Having a two-bedroom room for less than suite prices is a godsend with a toddler. The kids pool was great. The facilities were well maintained. Shame they didn’t explain you could only use the soft play while eating in the Italian restaurant… even when we were in the aforementioned restaurant. Also red wine was diabolically bad.

We had an awesome 7 night stay in May. We book 1/2 board (breakfast and dinner included) and the food was excellent quality, staff all very helpful and cheerful, and self pour wine, beer, juice etc. Our kids (4,8) spent a lot of time in the indoor pool as the outdoor pool was a little cold this time of year. We used the kids club a few times, our kids liked it there and kept asking to go back, the staff there were lovely. We booked a family room with ocean view and I was so glad we did. It was nice to have the kids in a separate bedroom so we could sit out and enjoy the view in the evenings. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling with kids.

I don't normally stay in big hotels, but this was an excellent experience. My wife is in a wheelchair and the amenities for her were perfect, big rooms and great views if you are at the front of the hotel. Food was excellent literally no complaints

We just stayed here for 4 nights, and I've gotta say it was an amazing visit. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get a bus or taxi from, or a nice stroll into town. The hotel had plenty to keep you occupied day and evening, and the food was amazing.

Someone told me it had been renovated 18 months ago but I find that hard to believe. The decor or rooms are by no means luxury as described on the site I booked it. The room absolutely stank when we arrived I later likened it to tne smell of the indoor pool. Thw towels in the room are of poor quality and overall I would not stay here again It was all inclusive but don’t be fooled, the cocktails have little to no alcohol, the hot drinks are barely warm so ask for extra hot when getting a coffee from anywhere, The dining options were good but the restaurant floor needed a constant sweep.

The rooms and hotel were very clean. The reception staff were very friendly however some of the Side Street bar and Espresso bar staff were rude and very slow. It was not clear on what was included in the all inclusive package - for example cans/ bottles of drink. There was a very good selection of food for breakfast however lunch and dinner was very lacking to the point we ate outside the hotel the majority of our stay. Therefore I would not recommend this hotel for an all inclusive stay.

We had reserved a suite over looking the bay - amazing!!! The buffet was superb! Variety each night was wonderful! We had booked au bord so had buffets for breakfast and supper each day! Wonderful! No complaints at all. Location was fantastic.
