Honestly just wow. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, impressive from the moment you walk in to the lobby all the way through to checkout. This hotel was perfect for a stay with young kids as the kids club was fantastic but also had adults only areas too. All the staff at the hotel were incredible even down to the cleaners, a special mention to Syam and Nithin Antony for always doing such a good job of cleaning our room and the origami animals every other day. Lastly the biggest thanks to all the kids club for making our trip what it was - you brought so much joy to my little girls day and she was always excited to see you all special thanks to Ximena, Arturo, Bernice and Nikola. The kids club and kids play section in the restaurants were so clean and always pretty quiet but fun.

Im gesamten ein sehr schönes Hotel. Pools waren schön, Personal sehr nett, Zimmerservice top. Einziger Punktabzug, auf hohem Niveau, ist das Frühstück. Die Platzeinweisung nervt ein wenig da man sich nicht selber seinen Favoriten Platz aussuchen soll und die Abwechselung der Speisen. Das Angebot ist schon groß, aber nichts besonderes und immer das gleiche. In einer Woche hat sich nahezu nichts verändert, so dass man immer das selbe gefrühstückt hat. Die Qualität des Essens war ok, viel mehr aber nicht. Aber um in den Tag zu starten gut und eine Bessere Option würde es auch nicht wirklich geben.

Very modern, great staff and facilities with excellent food quality and variety. Rooms were clean but surprisingly old fashioned considering the recent renovations. Very seventies style. Window and door sensors control the aircon but often malfunction due to shoddy placement. Likewise the motion sensors in each room emit a strong red light at night when triggered. Can be very noisy even from floor 6 and there are no locks on the balcony doors which is a concern if you have kids.

Schönes Hotel, unser Zimmer war ebenso schön, wie auf den Bildern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reinigungspersonal ordentlich und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Essensauswahl reichlich und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam beim nachfüllen und Teller wegräumen. Ein gelungener Urlaub,vielen dank dafür

Beautiful property, nice staff BUT! The hotel culture is weird. If you are staying for more than 1 day you only get complimentary water on the first day. On the second day we asked and they said we had to buy. No issue, it is just water. We paid for the buffet in the hotel and they had a tap with drinkable water with a sticker warning guest that they could only fill cups and not personal water bottles. How ridiculous to be so stingy with just water? Tap water!!! I never had a bottle to fill but emphasizes the lack of genuine service and the hotel trying to get as much money as it can get out of guest. Even with tap water! Small issue but put me off the hotel completely. And whats with the dark room? Why that choice of color? Makes it look dirty because dark colors hide dirt. Poor choice. Beautiful hotel but wont be returning.

AX ODYCY hotel offers great sunrise views from both balconies and spacious rooms with large sliding doors. The family room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The gym, multiple pools, and sauna were standout amenities, with pool towels provided. However, parts of the pool area were closed for maintenance during our stay.
There were a few downsides: noise from air conditioning units on the building and occasional road traffic could be distracting. The bathroom needed some upkeep – the shower head was poorly positioned, and the tiles looked unrefined. A strong sewage smell in the bathroom each morning made it unpleasant to use.
On the positive side, breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Chef John and his team stood out, making delicious omelettes and offering exceptional service.
Overall, the hotel is clean with great staff and amenities, but addressing the bathroom issues and the smell would improve the experience.

Large hotel without much personality - a lot of noise from the outside as there is a road in front cutting the access to the seaside...but especially from the inside. Everything seems crowded, noisy and sometimes untidy (except our room which was clean and well-maintained every day). Food was a disaster, how can you serve dishes that are too cooked, not well seasoned, of bad quality (cheese, desserts, even local specialties sometimes,) and drinks that are too artificial (orange juice tasting like a medicine in the morning) or simply tasteless (coffee). How can you have so little room given all the customers on the rooftop pools? How can the swimming pool on the groundfloor be so noisy, wet on the outsides next to chairs and smell chlorine so much? We tried to find some positive points, but except our relatively nice bedroom, there are not so many. We won't return.

I Booked this hotel for my family. They loved their trip to Malta, and using Odycy Hotel as their base for the week was a big factor. This new hotel was great value for money and the views from the top floor were spectacular. Staff were helpful when I had some requirements for my parents. I hope to visit this hotel myself soon.

My friend and I had an amazing experience in this prestigious hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room. From the staffing, views, breakfast to the facilities, it was an all round enjoyable experience in Malta. We are definitely recommending this hotel.
