The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. Thanks so much.

El desayuno americano está completo y los ingredientes frescos y buen sabor, el personal amable, la habitación limpia, la cocina con todos los utensilios, horno de microondas, tostador, etc

El personal muy amable, la alberca natural súper bonita.

Maravilloso hotel, la vista al mar desde las habitaciones es increíble. La playa en lugar de arena, tiene piedritas, tomarlo en cuenta si piensas bajar a nadar.

Me encato super atentos y todo super limpio

Internet sporadic at pool, pretty reliable at room. Room felt damp, nice patio with two loungers two chairs, and table- beautiful full view of Banderos Bay

No todo el personal es tan amable, pero el que si se lució fue el compañero Enrique de animación es una persona muy pero muy atenta con los clientes y la verdad hace cosas muy divertidas. Muchos saludos y abrazos para el gracias por su pasión por servir !

We had breakfast provided daily and it was never correct. Some staff unable to understand English so order was never correct. When the food came out it was cold. Marco and Carlos often had to correct the orders and they are awesome. This facility will never survive all inclusive as food is pretty low standard.

We love our stay at Costa Sur. The balcony over the water, friendly staff and beautiful breakfast every day. My daughter had fun in the pool playing volleyball and ping pong. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location with fabulous beach access. Not all inclusive which was refreshing. LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel!

Clean room. Staff were very nice. Great views. Saw some whales from out balcony.

The whole complex is tired and upkeep is not a priority. It is not a wheel chair accessible property as it is advertised. Uninterrupted Wifi and TV is none existent. Have stayed at better properties for a third of the price less. None regulated kitchen furnishings and had to ask for too many items to be corrected (some never corrected). If we had not previously booked and if it was not a high season we would have moved to another property. This is definitely not a place to stay for more than a couple of days.

The view was gorgeous, and the room size was great. Only one of the 3 sets of patio doors had working locks. The two “safes” in the room didn’t lock either. We ate once at the hotel and it was bad. I’ve been to Mexico 6+times and Every meal I’ve ever had in Mexico has been wonderful (from taco stand up to fine dining) so I was really surprised by this one experience. The tortilla soup was horrible. The ceviche was flavourless, the Guac was bad. It actually confused me. We debated and we wondered if maybe the kitchen was catering to “American senior citizen taste preferences” because there were a large number of them staying there. That would make sense. But it was truly disappointing and pricey too

Our housekeeper, Yanet, was great. We loved our room, the food at the restaurant was really good, the views were impeccable. Our only problem was that guests reserved all the pool lounge chairs early in the morning. In the 11 days we stayed, we never could get a space by the pool until the evening.

Room stinks from sewer gas

The hotel staff were great and the rooms clean. It took 5 days to get a lock for the safe which is useless without it. The weather was gorgeous and the pool amazing!
