DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre

飯店雖然相對新穎，但實際狀況與標示不符。飯店並未提供標示中的停車場，需步行約五分鐘至公共停車場停車，對於上下行李極為不便。 更令人震驚的是，櫃檯人員竟將已入住的房間分配給我。換房後，又有服務人員上門質疑為何入住該房，經我解釋後才致歉。而隨行友人也遇到其他住客誤開房門的情況。如此嚴重的管理疏失，實在難以相信竟會發生在希爾頓集團旗下的飯店

Amazing hotel, great location, 3 x tram stops from Rotterdam Centraal station and overall the room/brtekfast/dinner and bar area all very good.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Imagine how I felt when they told me it was out of service from the day I arrived. And of course, it went back in function two days after so the day of my checkout, at 5PM. It felt like a really bad joke, especially when the reception staff told me that "anyway it's a paying service and it's not free", really professional. I checked and I was really hard to find (seems totally free on all the front pages of booking sites, no mention that's it's not free) but yes, I had the surprise to see that it was a 15€ rate to access the pool, per day 😂 Anyway. I also made a simple and polite request by message when I booked : a room at and elevated floor and far away from the elevators, all of this to avoid noise. What did I got, literally the first door on the right side of the elevators. Also, the room was humid, not well isolated, impossible to set the AC as the hotel puts a general temperature for everyone. And there were some damages (holes, scratches...) at 3 different spots in the room and bathroom. That's way too much for a 2 night stay. Sadly I will not go back to an Hilton hotel. Poor service.

Yh was good service and nice food. Will be staying again next year.

One of the nights my room was not cleaned and towels not changed however I called reception and new towels delivered

This hotel always lives up to expectations, excellent location, lovely views, always very friendly, helpful staff behind the desk, bar, restaurant and especially the cleaners who rarely get a mention. Highly recommend to everyone.

I thought I could use SPA for free, but was told, it is 15EURO per day. Should be told on youe web.

Amazing hotel with excellent views

Hotel beds were very comfortable however there are a few MAJOR issues. First and foremost, we booked this hotel specifically for the pool. However upon arrival they did not tell us that you have to pay 15 euros per person, per day to use the amenities. We only found out after we went down to ask why our key would not let us into the pool area. As this is the only reason we booked this hotel it was incredibly frustrating. The second big concern is that the bathroom door is a sliding door and has a large opening for the handle. That means you can hear everything happening in the bathroom at all times. Fine if you are a solo traveller but not fine if you are with someone. Hotels.com needs to do better on informing people that there is a fee for the pool, as they’ve done with other amenities. I would never book this hotel again as there are so many other, better options in Rotterdam.

This would be a great 3 Star hotel! But it's meant to be 4 star and falls short! Very basic rooms, very noisy rooms, the noise of the bedroom doors closing is very loud! And the interconnecting room I was in I could hear everything from the room next door! Staff were very helpful though and the cloths steamer in the room was a nice touch! Very clean though throughout, bed very comfortable pillows not great though! The pool etc are in the hotel next door and are chargeable which was annoying and not explained in Expedia.
