Nice sized room, perfect location for going all over the central area of Rotterdam. The beds and shower were the best!!

Great room, excellent facilities and staff.

De kamer was goed en proper. Personeel ook heel vriendelijk. Ze bieden zelfs oliebollen aan bij receptie. Ontbijt was vrij 'donker' en andere gasten werden in pyama (met hoodie over hoofd, op hotel badslippers) toegelaten. Dat zou volgens de Hilton standaarden toegelaten zijn. Vonden we wat minder.

Schone kamer en behulpzaam personeel. Hotel is ook erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht. Er is een ondergrondse parkeergarage op 2 minuten wandelen, die bij de receptie kan worden afgerekend. Ideaal voor een avondwandeling langs het water.

Jammer dat zelf in het hotel voor het ontbijt naar het andere hotel moet gaan ontzettend druk (aangegeven bij receptie) of is het weekend dat het zo druk is? Nu zijn er 2 hotels met 1 ontbijtbuffet naar mijn mening was het beter geweest om het ontbijtbuffet in dit hotel weer te doen

Negativ: Ich hatte den Urlaub inklusive Parkplatz und Pool gebucht. Vor Ort wurde mir gesagt, dass die Nacht zum parken 35€ extra kostet. Den Pool gab es nicht im DoubleeTree Hilton, sondern nebenan im Heaven Hotel. Der Pool hat 15€ zusätzlich für den Tag gekostet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war OK. Ich hatte die Bettwäsche extra auf den Boden geschmissen. Diese wurde nicht umgetauscht, sondern wieder normal gefaltet und aufs Bett gelegt. TV verfügt über kein Netflix. Positiv: - Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln - Nah an der Markthalle - wunderschöne Aussicht am Abend - gutes Frühstück Fazit: - zu teuer für den Aufenthalt - für kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung

The front desk staff were extremely accommodating, I really appreciate the efforts they made to make me and my friends comfortable.

breakfast ok. However, the lady staff at the reception are the worst that I have ever experienced.

I consider this hotel only for daytime stays. I want to address a completely inaccurate review on the Expedia portal regarding this hotel. The room was tiny, and several bathroom towels were ripped in the middle. The heating system was not working from Tuesday night, and again on Thursday and Friday nights. Instead, portable heaters were provided for these tiny rooms, which quickly became uncomfortably hot, reaching over 100 degrees within a few minutes. At night, I had to turn the heater off, only to turn it back on when I felt cold again. There is no way I could stay at this hotel for an extended period; I would only consider it for daytime use. The breakfast setup was awful as well. There's nothing much to eat except corn, bread, and Eggs. You can't call this a full breakfast—or Breakfast buffet.

Great location, no complaints

The room was nice, had a very nice view. The location is perfect, you have to types of public transportation just outside the hotel. The staff was nice, I ate a few times at the hotel restuarant which was also nice...they had a very nice prosecco. The only thing that I found less was, that I left my hairbrush in the bathroom and when I came back I noticed that it was used, I found other hair in it. But I would stay again at the hotel for sure.
