Adoramos nossa estadia no hotel, uma boa localização. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé em Amsterdam. Com certeza voltaremos.
Só algumas observações que não prejudicaram nossa estadia, mas vale a pena comentar para o hotel melhorar ainda mais: o box do banheiro não fecha, o que faz com que o chão do banheiro fique todo molhado ao tomar banho; faltam locais para pendurar toalhas molhadas; poderia ter mais mesa para apoiar mochilas. No mais nota 10.

Before arriving at the hotel, I came across several negative reviews posted recently by the same person across different platforms. Honestly, it made me quite uneasy. However, throughout our stay, we were looked after by a wonderful team and stayed in a fantastic room. After our experience, we believe those negative reviews were posted in bad faith and were deliberately coordinated.

Tämä ei ole 4-tähden hotelli! Huoneiden siisteys oli huono, hiustenkuivaajan pidike rikki, lakanoita ei vaihdettu, huoneet eivät vastanneet nettisivuilla annettuja odotuksia. Aamiaisella ei huomioitu erityisruokavalioita. Tämä olisi pitänyt ilmoittaa etukäteen kuulemma ilman mitään mainintaa. Ikkunat likaiset, tapetit irtoavat seinästä, WC-tilan siisteys huono esim . Shampoo pidikkeet.

The room was not clean upon entry, our feet and socks turned black as though the floors had not been cleaned. There was also hair in the shower drain. The safe was not working the whole trip. Also our luggage got delayed and we mentioned it to the front desk upon arrival and checked up on if it had been delivered every morning and afternoon. By the 3rd day the receptionist acted as though we had not talked to anyone even though we had talked to someone at reception about it every single day, multiple times a day. Overall it is in a great location with great restaurants and close to the light rail, but otherwise would not recommend this hotel.
