The room was not clean upon entry, our feet and socks turned black as though the floors had not been cleaned. There was also hair in the shower drain. The safe was not working the whole trip. Also our luggage got delayed and we mentioned it to the front desk upon arrival and checked up on if it had been delivered every morning and afternoon. By the 3rd day the receptionist acted as though we had not talked to anyone even though we had talked to someone at reception about it every single day, multiple times a day. Overall it is in a great location with great restaurants and close to the light rail, but otherwise would not recommend this hotel.

Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal Frühstück war OK überschaubar. Lage für einen Städtetrip gut zu fuss und mit ÖV alles gut erkundbar.

La habitacion no estaba impecable, a falta de barrer en la limpieza diaria. La estancia ha sido agradable, nos han atendido muy bien, nos hacian la habitacion a diario con toallas limpias y sabanas limpias. Los comentarios que se ven del hotel no le hacen justicia. No es tan exagerado y volveria sin duda. Gracias por la estancia

Great room and convenient location. Onsite garage parking ($40) was easy and secure.

Staff were helpful. Room was good and I got upgraded to a penthouse room. Breakfast was adequate but for the price I would have expected better. Coffee was sub-par. Towels were a bit small.

The room was super clean and spacious, lovely bathroom. The room could use a little TLC for things like furniture and fixtures. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive, housekeeping was great. Location was perfect for a quiet spot to call it a night after exploring all day.

Funcionários sempre solícitos e prestativos. Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, assim como a equipe de manutenção. Estávamos hospedados eu, meu marido e meu filho de 4 anos. Das 8 diárias, apenas 1 dia colocaram toalhas para nós 3. Em uma das reposições, uma toalha estava rasgada. Também ficamos um dia sem reposição de papel higiênico. Esse não é o tipo de situação que se espera em um hotel como esse. Também tivemos problema com barulho dos outros quartos, que vazavam para o nosso até altas horas da madrugada (um dos dias havia muitas pessoas em um dos quartos, prática que imagino não ser permitida no hotel). Até tentei entrar em contato com a recepção via whatsapp e telefone, mas não tive sucesso. Essa foi nossa terceira estadia e acredito que não voltaremos novamente.

Overall a good stay and experience, except a very distinctive smell in a bathroom when we just moved in, like someone just used it. Property vise, you can see how the wallpaper is in a process of detaching on a ceiling and walls.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Everyone always said hello when walking through the lobby. The location is great, really lovely restaurants and shops around (Boscos is fab). Definitely recommend.
