The rooms and bathroom are very nice, modern and in great condition. Amenities were sufficient for our purposes. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of staff. The location, however, is both a blessing and a curse. We picked it for its closeness to the Melkweg, which made it a convenient location to return to after an event. But since we had a room on the ground floor facing the street, we barely got any sleep that night. Cars and trams pass regularly throughout the night, and I could even hear people's conversations when they passed our window. The windows are in dire need of renovation to reduce the noise level! Additionally, the blinds to our room did not shut completely and we had to mess around a lot with the curtains to feel a certain level of privacy. I'm glad we stayed only for one night, as I would have definitely requested a change of rooms otherwise.

Everything was fine. Breakfast as well. Location was great with proximity to the tram. It was just way too expensive for what was on offer. We had the ”luxury suite” but I would call it standard. We had our own terrace and the view was pretty, but the furnishing and the fence-like dividers between the rooms’ different parts of the terrace felt very cheap. There were packages of flooring in the hallway. You should store these somewhere else.

Le personnel est formidable et accommodant. Il y a eu une erreur de réservation et ils ont réussi à nous trouver une chambre convenable. Par contre, le service de nettoyage des chambres laissé un peu à désirer. Ils viennent changer les serviettes et faire le lit. Toutefois, il y avait beaucoup de poussière (on en voyait même sur les murs) et ils ne lavent pas la toilette quand ils viennent faire le ménage. Sinon, l'emplacement est parfait (accès facile au Tram).

The hotel was ok just abit out dated the bar wasn’t fully stoked but overall it was an alright stay staff was friendly and helpful shout out to the cleaning team who were so kind to me

We had the pent house which offered an amazing view of the city. We loved this hotel and spent much of our time on the terrace. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful for finding places to eat. We used the laundry service which was expensive but worth it.

Good location, easy to catch the tram from the train station to nearest tram stop and then just walk a couple of minutes to the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby, room was clean and quiet. We did notice that there was no proper place to hang your clothes except for this small bottom cupboard that would have folded clothes in half while using. Overall a very good stay!

A little disappointed by the room to be honest. I had expected better felt we had been put in a very dated room compared to the photos. The hotel's location was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. We had an issue with the room being cold. We found out we were supposed to have 2 keys. One was to stay in the slot to keep lights and heat in. The other was to take with us. Once we let the front desk know we were do cold, we were told the above and got another key

Awesome location between Foodhallen and museum district. Modern decor and facilities as well. Lots of food options nearby.

Breakfast was excellent bit pricey at £17 each but nice produce lots of choice

Vi havde bestilt et værelse med en dobbeltseng. Det var lidt småt værelset, men virkelig romantiske og cozy indretning. Servicen var god.

The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was above average. The room itself is not made for more than two people. That is where the hotel fell short. Just plan on tow rooms if you have more than two guest. We thought we were to get a pullout sofa but they just crammed a rollaway next to the bed.

This hotel was situated in an ideal location for our vacation to Amsterdam. It was so close to the museums and in walking distance of other attractions and restaurants. A special favorite amenity of the hotel was that our TV had shareplay so we were able to stream TV shows at night. The staff was helpful and friendly and we truly enjoyed the area. It was away from a lot of the tourists and was so quiet. Our suite was super roomy! Definitely our best hotel and room on our trip.
