The room was not clean upon entry, our feet and socks turned black as though the floors had not been cleaned. There was also hair in the shower drain. The safe was not working the whole trip. Also our luggage got delayed and we mentioned it to the front desk upon arrival and checked up on if it had been delivered every morning and afternoon. By the 3rd day the receptionist acted as though we had not talked to anyone even though we had talked to someone at reception about it every single day, multiple times a day. Overall it is in a great location with great restaurants and close to the light rail, but otherwise would not recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful. Room was good and I got upgraded to a penthouse room. Breakfast was adequate but for the price I would have expected better. Coffee was sub-par. Towels were a bit small.

The room was super clean and spacious, lovely bathroom. The room could use a little TLC for things like furniture and fixtures. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive, housekeeping was great. Location was perfect for a quiet spot to call it a night after exploring all day.

Genuinely really liked this hotel, the staff was amazing, greeted us every single time we walked into the hotel and made a conversation with us, gave us recommendations as well. The only downside to this hotel is that there are no washcloths, and the floors were super super dirty to the point where my brand new white socks are no longer white doesn’t matter how many times I wash them.
