首先讓人不解的事 為什麼我們在hotel.com訂完的價錢 到了希爾頓完全不是用價錢完全不一樣 又加了不同類型的稅金 問了以後 他知道hotel.com是沒有含稅的可是我們在訂單裡面完全看不出含稅或未稅 這樣的情況會讓我們到了現場 花生沒有辦法 溝通的事情 hotel.com的電話也一直打不通 我求助台灣的員工也沒辦法聯絡 所以我們只好照他的價錢 刷卡 訂了6間的房間 本來價錢在台灣hotel.com訂的時候都一樣 到了那裡所有的價錢都不同 所以我這個代訂者就受了很大的压力_hotel.com又沒辦法及時解決這個問題 讓我非常 意外 如果你們收到這封信希望盡快聯絡 我們來回住了兩次 相隔20天都發生了同樣的問題 共訂了12間的房間價錢都跟在台灣訂的完全不一樣 這樣子我們還是要再hotel.com預訂房間嗎.' 請你們收到這封 體驗行的時候盡快打電話跟我們聯絡 我的電話是 台灣 0975-205-772

nice view, walking distance to museum area. it's an old hotel so kind of old fashioned, facilities should be upgraded. there is a spider in the bathroom, and water pressure is weak at shower. staff are helpful and cheerful.

The location of Hilton Amterdam Hotel is close to the Amsterdam city center and Museum areas. It's really convenient for both business and tour trip. The breakfast of Hilton Amsterdam also great, better than what I wish to have before my trip. Have high CP value.

The hotel has been established a long time. The condition of some facilities in a room is not good. The hotel is very close to Amsterdam's famous museums. The neighborhood makes people feel safe. The train and tram stations are in a walking distance.

Great place to stay with convenient traffic

We spent several nights in the middle of our trip and our last night in this hotel. We stayed in rooms with canal view and city view, and definitely recommended the canal view. It's walkable distance to the Olympic Stadium where the marathon was held in Oct 2015. The breakfast was enjoyable and generous, and the restaurant opened early on the marathon day for the runners, which was very considerate of them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried the express check out and normal check out, and both were without any problems.

I found it frustrating at times that even as a staying guest i could not find space to sit in the bar as it was all reserved.On one of the days of the stay there was no room in the bar, the terrace and the coffee shop shut at 10.30am! After making this point to a member of staff miraculously a space was found...just not good enough for the guests

Love the location and the staff!

Very inconvenient if you’re looking to be in central Amsterdam. Have to uber and they’re unreliable. Reviews stated it was family-friendly, but this is a very basic hotel. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are hospital-like. AC didn’t work and they stated Maintenence fixed it, but they never did. They made us wait until 3 PM for rooms after confirming guests had departed at 12 PM. Front desk staff seem miserable. Concierge was helpful in organizing taxis. 45 minute walk to main city.

The staff is amazing. Hotel is going to shut down in January 2026 for a 2 year renovation. The location is away from the main attractions, which is nice after a very busy day but adds needing some transportation.

The air conditioning was broken. I had two rooms on two different floors and the air didn’t work. It was hot outside, but the air conditioning was terrible and it never got fixed even though they were working on it. It’s a European hotel. Bathroom was Sub standard, bed was comfortable, it was OK, I think it was definitely overpriced. Location was pretty good not far from the train.

Lovely hotel, great location to walk to Museum Quarter or Zuuid. Staff were very attentive, pleasant.

Lovely canal setting, nice art garden to the front. Five to ten min walk to trams. Quality service and very clean hotel.

利便性も高く概ね快適だったが、Privateの札をドアにかけていてもクリーニングのスタッフがドアピンポンしてノックしてくるのには閉口した。

The room was delicious. The employees were excellent. The hairdryer sucked.

The hotel has a homey feel. Located in a quiet area with very nice view. Sure gave a relaxing experience.

We loved the location of the hotel, away from the crowds and yet it was very easy to get to the attractions we wanted to see.
