員工有禮，主動幫助客人。我早於入住時間到達酒店亦安排房間。房間十分清潔，乾淨衛生。在一樓設有休息室，可以靜靜地看書或飲咖啡。早餐選擇豐富價錢亦不貴。我推薦再次住宿。

They said they tried to contact me. I got no calls or emails. Nowadays there is more than one way to contact a customer, with all the information you provide. They said there was an issue with my room and put me in another hotel not of my choice, not of the same star as them. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend.

The room was hot. We did not have blankets in the ed. The tv did not work and the layer of dust on the cord was truly unbelievably gross. The hair ball in the show was gross the dust and crumbs and bottle caps under the bed were gross. We complained about the dirt in the morning and they said they would clean it then- too late. We cancelled and left immediately

Initially read reviews, which were good and this hotel seemed ideal location. Front desk staff very friendly, BUT, got completely bitten all over by bedbugs, room 411, even took pictures and videos of the bugs in the room. Staff were sympathetic and reimbursed the stay, however, on returning home, with worsening bites, swelling, pain, blistering and itching, i went back and read many other reports of bed bugs at this hotel, even one from 2023 in same room. This is negligence of the owners to not

We arrived at 11pm- the attendant was friendly. Exiting the elevator you have a substantial dip in the floor and an open stairwell- so a bit scary.Got to the room and it was dirty, hit, and the beds did not have blankets. We went to turn on the tv- and the plug was tied in a know and no joke - a thick layer of dust on it. We called down to ask for a blanket and to see if the tv works. Blanket was delivered - and no tv does not work. Too tired to argue. Got up, had a shower - the surround is covered in mold and white plaque- I lost an earring so had to look at the drain- there was a massive hair ball so I could not take the cover off and look. I went to look under the bead to hopefully see if the earring was there- no but there were bottle caps, food crumbs, and dust bunnies. We left that day. We argued with the new person at the front desk that said they would clean the room- no- it should have been cleaned before! I have photos of everything.

Great boutique hotel with friendly staff. Perfect location,m close to everything.

Very enjoyable stay! The lounge was spacious and beautifully decorated with a marvellous terrace.

The hotel had a cute breakfast and common areas. Unfortunately my room had bed bugs. I went down to the lobby at 2 in the morning with a video and they moved me to a new room but didn’t offer any compensation or even reply when I sent an email after. It’s quite disruptive to have to pack everything up in the middle of the night - and that doesn’t even consider the feeling that you have bugs everywhere.

The positives were the location and breakfast :). Would have been a higher score if the bed was more comfortable and the persistent noise of outside (fan?), would benefit from better double or triple glazing.

They moved us to their sister hotel NL which was farther and smaller, and just compensated us with free breakfast and one day free bike rental. They said they tried to contact us but we didn't get any email or message via the hotels.com app.
