員工親戚有禮，熱情，非常好的體驗！ 由於早上8點已到達，雖不能提早入住，但可以寄存行李，回來時已細心的把我行李放進房間內。 附近很多酒店都需要上幾級樓梯才到酒店前台，這間不用，很方便。 每次過來出差都是選這間酒店！

非常極力推薦, 位置非常好, 價錢很好, 酒店後面就是名牌購物街. 正因在名牌街地段也較安全, 靜中帶旺. 酒店打的去附近的中心位置也很近, 約10-15分鐘車程. 中心位置食野,購物都很多.

乾淨，交通方便，博物館逛街都在附近

So the location is great-- it's near Riksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum, but that is about it. I checked-in around 12 or so and was told my room was not ready yet and almost immediately asked if I want to upgrade my room to a better suite-- which I hasn't even seen my original room yet. Later that day when I come back I was finally able to go into my room-- which has an rattling-noise AC system, a flicking light in the bathroom which I do not understand why the housekeeper never report, and a wifi that doesn't allow me to watch a full youtube video. And since I wanted just peace after a long day I did not bother to tell the hotel staff, and they never asked how's my room either... Just a big disappointment for a four-star hotel. Out of five staff I've met only two was helpful to me, and the room was just okay for a four-star, and the full experience was just plain not-okay. Will never recommend this hotel to friend and family.

To be honest the reception desk is extremely friendly, however it is kind of slow and only one person can be severed at the time. There were elevator outage during the last 2 days, therefore it was kind of painful, however the staff did help us to carry down the luggage. i think personally i would fair price, but not the best during our stay.

離電車站近，重要博物館群也近，交通便利。但住宿過程中，跳電2次，是可惜了點。

The hotel is near to the Van Gogh museum and national museum which is convenient if you planned for museums visit. The man from reception was very friendly that gave us a very good impression. Even though the room was on UG floor, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The sink with mirror outside the bathroom was convenient that the work top had enough space for you to put your personal beginnings as well. The breakfast was simple but good that choices like fresh waffles and omelette could be ordered.

Chambre située au niveau du sas ascenseur… extrêmement bruyante de jour comme de nuit. Cela m’a réveillée à plusieurs reprises, entre les gens qui parlent, le bruit des valises qui passent, ou la porte qui s’ouvre, c’est très désagréable. En plus de cela plusieurs éléments méritent d’être rénovés, notamment le porte serviette de la double vous reste dans les mains…. Pas d’eau à disposition dans la chambre. La personne qui a géré mon accueil semblait manquer de compétences, rallongeant le temps de prise en charge. Par ailleurs elle semblait comme réciter un discours, alors que je lui posais des questions, auxquelles elle a mis du temps avant de répondre:.: sentiment de ne pas être écoutés

Room was spotless, staff friendly, charming. The only fall I could mention was tiny shower.

The front desk staff were SO friendly and helpful. Andre even assisted us with a dinner reservation at a popular spot! We will stay here again absolutely! Perfect location in the museum quarter, walkable to nearby attractions, and super close to a tram stop. The room was very clean and we even had a sweet little balcony!

Great service, lovely room.

Very friendly welcome at check in with plenty of advice on local restaurants and activities. Made us feel relaxed straight away. Breakfast was lovely and personal service was appreciated. Nice, quiet hotel but only a short walk into busier parts of town. Easy to access on bus from the airport.

Great staff, clean hotel, comfy beds and delicious breakfast. The only problem was the loud construction in the morning to a different house behind the hotel.

Hotellet fremstår mer slitent enn på bildene. Renhold av bad var dårlig, skittent teppegulv. Trange korridorer og kun en heis i bygget, ikke trapp. Hyggelig personale. Hotellet ligger i en roligere gate rett ved de største museene og kollektivtransport. Enkelt å komme til/fra flyplass med buss. Hoveddør er låst hele døgnet noe som oppleves som ekstra trygghet. Savnet bemannet bar (kun selvbetjening) på 4 stjerners hotell. Oppleves mer som 3 stjerners. Vi hadde ikke frokost på hotellet.
