위치, 친절함, 청결 모든것이 만족하게 5일 머물렀습니다.

좋은 방을 선택하면, 지하실의 창문 없는 방으로 배정될 수 있습니다. 다음날 방을 변경해주겠다는 약속은 지켜지지 않았습니다. 가끔 방에서 치우지 않은 청소백과 소독약품 등을 발견할 수 있습니다.

호텔위치는 정말 좋았어요. 조용하고 한적하고 ^^ 5분거리에 반고흐미술관, 국립미술관, 공원... 그리고 슈퍼마켓까지 있어서 생활하는데는 편했습니다. 트램 정거장도 반고흐미술관 맞은편에 있어서 센트럴역까지 오가는데도 편리했어요. 10분~15분 정도 걸리는 듯 합니다. 다만 수건교체는 안해주시더라구요... 그거 빼고는 대체로 만족합니다.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Amsterdam's museum district. Three major museums within blocks. good basic breakfast. Staff was supremely helpful and friendly. Only challenge I had was jacuzzi tub/shower setup was not senior friendly; hard to climb in and out of.

The hotel was located in a very safe and clean part of the city, so as two women travelling we felt fine walking around no matter the time. It’s a 10 minute walk to a ton of different restaurants, around the corner from the Rijks museum and Vondelpark. The rooms were large, beds comfortable and the bathroom counter had a lot of space for toiletries. The staff - especially Tor who checked us in - was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend!!

Great staff and looking location

Hotel is close to everything. A lot of restaurants in the area. Public transportation is there if you cannot walk anymore. Lol Hotel is super clean and well maintained. Staff made me feel at home.

Cozy and small property, excellent staff. With 10min walk , you have a lot of options. Location is next to big brand name shopping stores, but not the most trendy and fringe neighborhood.

Great location. The street was beautiful and safe. Rooms were older and felt dingy. Lobby was small but lovely. Breakfast was good, but the same every day.

Expedia scheduled my flight arriving in Amsterdam on Aug 29 but scheduled the hotel stay for two days later and for over two days after I leave for England. They refuse to correct their error. Beware!!

This place was great, such a good value! Cute design and great service. The only issue was the water from the shower creeping through the bathroom, but easily solved by throwing down an extra towel. Would definitely recommend staying here for the museum district!

To be honest, the location and quick check-out process is the only reason for the stars - everything else was unfortunately was below standard. We got a room at the ground floor, which is not a problem. However, the room was right next to the elevator and lobby, which caused a lot of noise. So if you get one of the two rooms at the ground floor, definitely get some ear plugs if you plan to get some sleep - otherwise you'll constantly hear the elevator button. Secondly, the cleaning of the room was not acceptable. Behind the curtains, we found a pair of socks from the other visitors. This just goes to show that the cleaning has been far from thorough. Lastly, the shower was a mess - the drainage was clearly in need of a deep cleaning, as it couldn't take in any water, causing the water to be everywhere on the floor. All in all, if you are not planning to spend time on the hotel and just need a great location, it's perfect - however, I think the hotel overall is too low in quality.

Excelente ubicación del hotel, zona muy tranquila y segura por las tiendas de lujo que se encuentran en la calle siguiente. El personal super amable y siempre dispuestos ayudarte, todo excelente.

5 minute walk to tram. Beautiful neighbourhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Gott og rólegt hótel. Smá vesen með klósettið og ljósin í herberginu en það var lagað fljótt.

I did not like the bed. It was a sofa with soft mattress on top.
