The hotel teams are friendly. The hotel is quite close to the station and in the middle of some key tourists areas. Excellent location for sure. Since it’s close to the tram stop, it is a bit noisy occasionally but not annoying. It is a pleasant stay.

Horrible experience, I didn’t pay attention that I booked a room in the basement, which is a jail cell. The stairs are very dangerous. Other people made the same remarks. When I asked to change to another room, I was charged another 50 Euros. I’m a very frequent traveler and this is one of the few times that I had a bad experience with a hotel. So, my good advice is to book in another hotel.

I was very happy about my stay at this hotel. The staff was brilliant, kind and service minded, only negative was some steep stairs up to our room, but the staff helped us with our luggage. This hotel is very central. Walking distance to everything! My friend didn't like the room. She thought it was to modern and minimal, but as an architect, I liked the style.

Rummen som heter Double Room Basement var bokstavligen i en källare med minimalt fönster, rummen var inte mycket större än sängen till yta. Sängen var mindre än en vanlig dubbelsäng vilket inte riktigt framgick i beskrivningen. Vi valde att uppgradera till ett loftrum, vilka var trevliga men tyvärr fungerade inte ACn och personalen var inte särskilt hjälpsamma för att lösa problemet.

The lobby is nice enough but the rooms, lift and hallways are tired and need a clean. Dust bunnies in the stairwell and lift needed a hoover. Generally, the hotel is tired and needs a refresh. One good thing was the mattress was comfortable, but was very short. I am only 5 foot 4 inches and just about fit…
