酒店對出就是火車站，很方便。但房間浴室完全沒添加沐浴露，我們住三人房，但第一晚已經用完（？！）即是入住前已經沒添滿？之後第二晚回來清潔房後又發現仍然沒有沐浴露，要打電話去reception通知，他又說只有一位職員，房間裏的垃圾又沒有清理，希望會有改善，畢竟三人住的應該確保有足夠的洗澡用品。

離阿姆斯特丹之市中心及火車站稍遠 但附近有捷運站及電車站 也可轉公車前往機場 交通算方便 附近已非商業區 但也有賣場商店 採買方便

精緻舒適。床非常好睡。免費膠囊咖啡讓每一天的結束和開始都有很棒的咖啡香。雖然離中央車站電車至少25分鐘，但2號站牌就在門口，班距近，非常方便。附近有大型超市，享受當地人飲食樂趣。

I like this hotel because it’s very modern and new. Staff are very friendly and it was overall a great experience. It’s located at about 30 mins away from city centre but it’s very convenient as the tram no. 2 is just right outside the hotel. There are supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. And we are lucky to have Room 01 which can enjoy a wide angel of the city view. Room is big and clean. We enjoy staying in the hotel and probably will go again when we visit Amsterdam!

Everything was great. The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel is right next to a train station (less than 1-minute walk) that it only took us around 15 minutes to reach the city centre and only 8 minutes to reach the Van Gogh museum. Nevertheless, a critical problem we encountered during this stay was that the wifi service was horrible (we couldn't even load the google map), but we had our own portable wifi so the flaw didn't affect our experience significantly.

不好的入住體驗，讓我在荷蘭的最後一晚有很不舒服的感受。 我們總共訂了兩間房 305, 314，305 在入住時就發現棉被上有鞋印，打電話到櫃臺，服務人員說只要按下清潔房間的按鈕即可，於是我們按下按鈕後就到市區去逛街。回來後，發現根本沒有人來換棉被，鞋印一樣在棉被上。因為我們的另一間房 314 是三人房，其中一床沒人睡，所以我們自己把棉被換過來。 稍晚在洗澡時，發現 314 的浴巾上有不少血跡，老婆受不了了打電話到櫃臺，原本得到的回覆是隔天更換，但我們才剛入住、隔天又要退房了，怎麼能夠忍受，後來有服務員來幫我們換掉浴巾和有鞋印的棉被。但就在準備睡覺時，發現我的枕頭上也有血跡，因為太累了就沒有反應，自己在房間內換了另一個沒人睡的床上的枕頭來睡。 整體而言，房間的清潔度很差，讓我有很不好的入住體驗。

All was very Good, clean Room and very quite place. Nice

best hotel breakfast i think ive had in years. Staff friendly and helpful. Great rooms and comfort Id recommend this place.

Loved this place so much. Staff were so nice and even recommended places to visit. If it’s not your check in time , they would help keep your bags with tags. So organized. It’s self check in. They even had a toilet seat cleaner which is quite rare and I loved that. There’s a tram right in front of the hotel. The view was so lovely. Had a great time here. Didn’t get to taste their food but it is a lovely place. I would suggest to put a smart tv so atleast English speaking guests could have something to watch

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel during my trip but I am sure that was Ok as well Because everything else was lovely

This hotel is great, we chose as it was walking distance to the armada music studio, the rooms are very modern

Hotel room was excellent. Stayed just one night. Did not have breakfast as no time. Really convenient for tram into city. Would highly recommend.

In terms of location, this is a wonderful hotel, right in front of the tram, and multiple grocery stores. But that’s about it for this hotel. Rooms were dirty, trash that did not belong to us in the room that we paid for early access to. Refusing to give us new towels aswell as new bedding even if they had stains on them. The mattresses kept falling off the beds, the room was extremely cold with a window that wouldn’t close. It wouldn’t surprise me if we slept on the same bedding as the previous guests. Super mediocre. I wasn’t expecting much in terms of customer service but we were treated with hostility and there was a racial undertone to it. If you are not white, avoid this hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten außerhalb des Hotels.
