酒店對出就是火車站，很方便。但房間浴室完全沒添加沐浴露，我們住三人房，但第一晚已經用完（？！）即是入住前已經沒添滿？之後第二晚回來清潔房後又發現仍然沒有沐浴露，要打電話去reception通知，他又說只有一位職員，房間裏的垃圾又沒有清理，希望會有改善，畢竟三人住的應該確保有足夠的洗澡用品。

離阿姆斯特丹之市中心及火車站稍遠 但附近有捷運站及電車站 也可轉公車前往機場 交通算方便 附近已非商業區 但也有賣場商店 採買方便

精緻舒適。床非常好睡。免費膠囊咖啡讓每一天的結束和開始都有很棒的咖啡香。雖然離中央車站電車至少25分鐘，但2號站牌就在門口，班距近，非常方便。附近有大型超市，享受當地人飲食樂趣。

I like this hotel because it’s very modern and new. Staff are very friendly and it was overall a great experience. It’s located at about 30 mins away from city centre but it’s very convenient as the tram no. 2 is just right outside the hotel. There are supermarkets and some restaurants nearby. And we are lucky to have Room 01 which can enjoy a wide angel of the city view. Room is big and clean. We enjoy staying in the hotel and probably will go again when we visit Amsterdam!

Chambre propre. Salle de bain spacieuse. Séjour très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel super sympa et disponible. Service bagagerie gratuit. Arrêt du tram au pied de l'hôtel qui rejoint la gare central en 30 min. Vraiment idéal. Je recommande pour un séjour sur Amsterdam en couple, entre amis ou en famille, sans hesiter.

Eventhough we came to the hotel at 1pm they charge extra money, and when we leave they said we have to leave at 11 in the morning. They charge extra 20 euros. I just left 11.30. Whatever i said the answer is same its company policy. There is no empathy. Also we want cleaning but they didnt change towels, also they put dirty towel into the sink which we used for floor. Attitude of workers are rude as well, the room was also cold, take sth with you to feel warm.

We recently stayed in Room 720 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable draft coming from the window area because it was taped up as it was broken, which caused the room to feel quite cold, even with the heating on. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. Additionally, one of the cups provided in the room had a leak in it. We did not request a room change at the time, as you had kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor as the other half of our party, and moving would have caused inconvenience. However, we felt it was important to bring these issues to your attention as they may cause discomfort for future guests. We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this feedback is helpful.

Temiz, düzenli ve tramvay ın önünden geçmesi çok büyük artı. Herşey çok güzel

Wir hatten sehr saubere, geräumige und schöne Zimmer mit einem wunderbarem Bad und vielen Handtüchern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat außerdem eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe und Einkaufsläden um die Ecke.

O quarto era limpo, espaçoso e com vista. Localização de fácil acessonoara todosnos locais, pois tinha uma parada de tram na porta. Café da manhã muito bom.

clean room in a lovely hotel, friendly staff and a great location

We received a wonderful welcome at reception. We were able to leave our luggage free of charge because we arrived earlier than our check-in time. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have an opinion on it. The room furnishings generally show some wear and tear. I think it's a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. It's in an excellent location for transportation; the train is right in front, and the metro is 7 minutes away. There are also two large supermarkets nearby. I would recommend it if the price is reasonable.

Staff at reception are helpful and friendly. Coffee machine in room doesnt work. Cleaning of room leaves a lot to be desired. Dusty. My pillows had questionable stains. Pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Had a room on 9th floor, was quiet
