조용하고 안전하며 호텔 바로 앞에 중앙역과 박물관 갤러리 다운타운 등 관광지를 갈 수 있는 2번 트램 정류소가 있습니다. 공항에서 택시로 10분 걸리고 약 40유로

직원들이 친절하고 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 먹을 만 했어요. 특히 삶은 계란이 따뜻하고 적당해서좋았습니다. 주차도 하기 편리했어요. 단 주차 요금이 무조건 24시간 20유로 입니다. 참고하셔야 할 거 같아요.

전반적으로 무난한 호텔 2번 트램이 코앞이라 시내 한방에 가는 건 좋은데 공항이나 타 도시로 가는 건 꽤나 복잡함 방은 딱 4성급 호텔스럽고, 체크인 체크아웃 다 무인으로 하는데 이게 좀 당황스럽기도 하고 편하기도 했네요.. 따로 보증금 걸거나 하는 것도 없었습니다 방 크기는 그럭저럭인데 화장실이 커서 좋았음

옆에 큰 마트들이 있어서 필요한것을 그때그때 살수있어서 편했고. 바로 앞이 주 관광명소를 지나는 2번 트램 정거장이라 너무 편했어요!

Stayed here for 5 nights. Very nice hotel compared to the price. Not in the central area but easy access to all the places by tram 2 and it doesn't take so long. (less than 30 minutes to the Amsterdam Centraal station) Tram stop is also right next to the hotel so no problem when coming back late at night. Room was also quite big and clean, and the reception can make reservation for the excursions and museums and etc. And they have a vending machine where you can buy transportation tickets and snacks - actually there's a supermarket nearby too. (Albert Heijn 5 minites walk) Really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back here again.

Chambre propre. Salle de bain spacieuse. Séjour très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Personnel super sympa et disponible. Service bagagerie gratuit. Arrêt du tram au pied de l'hôtel qui rejoint la gare central en 30 min. Vraiment idéal. Je recommande pour un séjour sur Amsterdam en couple, entre amis ou en famille, sans hesiter.

Eventhough we came to the hotel at 1pm they charge extra money, and when we leave they said we have to leave at 11 in the morning. They charge extra 20 euros. I just left 11.30. Whatever i said the answer is same its company policy. There is no empathy. Also we want cleaning but they didnt change towels, also they put dirty towel into the sink which we used for floor. Attitude of workers are rude as well, the room was also cold, take sth with you to feel warm.

We recently stayed in Room 720 and wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable draft coming from the window area because it was taped up as it was broken, which caused the room to feel quite cold, even with the heating on. This made it difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay. Additionally, one of the cups provided in the room had a leak in it. We did not request a room change at the time, as you had kindly arranged for us to be on the same floor as the other half of our party, and moving would have caused inconvenience. However, we felt it was important to bring these issues to your attention as they may cause discomfort for future guests. We appreciate your attention to this matter and hope this feedback is helpful.

Temiz, düzenli ve tramvay ın önünden geçmesi çok büyük artı. Herşey çok güzel

Wir hatten sehr saubere, geräumige und schöne Zimmer mit einem wunderbarem Bad und vielen Handtüchern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat außerdem eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Türe und Einkaufsläden um die Ecke.

O quarto era limpo, espaçoso e com vista. Localização de fácil acessonoara todosnos locais, pois tinha uma parada de tram na porta. Café da manhã muito bom.

We received a wonderful welcome at reception. We were able to leave our luggage free of charge because we arrived earlier than our check-in time. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't have an opinion on it. The room furnishings generally show some wear and tear. I think it's a 3.5 to 4-star hotel. It's in an excellent location for transportation; the train is right in front, and the metro is 7 minutes away. There are also two large supermarkets nearby. I would recommend it if the price is reasonable.
