It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. When we arrived in our room there were still people fixing the room up. We were compensated with a small fruit tray for four people, hardly good enough. I was paying for the presidential suite so I expected a better service than this.

We enjoyed the m proximity to the airport. We really enjoyed the massive selection of breakfast food items on the buffet.

Our stay at Best Western Metro Clark was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and the fresh, welcoming scent throughout the property. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. What we loved most was that it was a one-stop destination. Whether you're looking for a great place to eat, a fun play area for the kids, or simply want to relax by the swimming pool, this hotel has everything you need. However, what made our stay truly memorable was the exceptional staff. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome and valued. From the security guards to the front desk team and the staff at the breakfast lounge, every single person was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Their outstanding hospitality made our experience even more special. We highly recommend Best Western Metro Clark to anyone visiting the Philippines, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
