My wife and I stay at this hotel a few days every month due to my Medical issues needing to be addressed at The Medical City Clark. On our latest stay earlier this week, we had an item that was still wet so my wife used a small hand towel from the room to wrap it so our clothes would net get wet when packed in our suitcase. We waited over 30 minutes when trying to check out for the staff to inform my wife that they would charge us 375 Pesos ($7 USD) for the towel. Pretty petty considering we spend $300-400 per month for the room charges there. Needless to say we will never go to that hotel again in Angeles City.

Very noisy and front desk are not pleasant

Surprisingly nice in comparison to other best western hotels in the US. The 2 bedroom suite is very big, beds were comfortable and bigger than a king bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The first room had some issues but the staff was very quick to resolve the issue. Excellent staff and the breakfast at this hotel is always a solid choose of local and western food. Recommended and will stay here again if in Angeles City.

A good hotel stay and room after we changed twice from noise and dirt. We recommend 8th floor room that is on the quiet side. Very nice room. Only downside is the street and area. Its about 20 min Grab / taxi ride to the big SM mall in Clark.

I always stay at this hotel, staff are nice and very welcoming. Accessible to all like Clark airport, shopping mall, and public transportation It’s always a pleasure staying at Best Western Angeles City.

Room was clean and exactly like the pictures

Very pleasant stay, two weeks! Great Staff—professional and very welcoming; excellent customer service.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, which we really appreciated. The room was organized and clean, but the toilet bowl had a strong sewer or drain smell. The staff did spray something, but the smell came back after a few hours. We also found a small cockroach in the room. We wanted to sleep in a bit in the morning, but the room isn’t soundproof and we could hear loud music from outside. Breakfast was just okay with very limited options.

Great staff, very responsive and helpful. Everything is clean, room and bathroom especially. It’s our second stay and will stay again.

Staff is great, room was clean and not too far from the mall.

We got a quaint room with queen-sized bed. But i just adore the coolness of my room, and softness of my bed after all our church-hopping trip. Hubby loved the glass-paneled bath area. Gorgeous Christmas decor at the lobby. Attentive staff at the breakfast buffet. Lots of hot meal choices, with an omelette station. Don’t forget your hot chocolate or cappuccino made-to-order.

Hotel and room looked ok at first. then the cracks started to appear. The room was infested with tiny ants. We left a coffee cup out overnight and it was full of ants in the morning. I saw a cockroach in the "clean" coffee cup stack at the breakfast buffet (which was not good at all). The staff saw it too and tried to block my view. The traffic noise in the room made it hard to sleep. The hotel had minimal amenities and was definitely not 4-star. You can find better elsewhere!!
