Surprisingly nice in comparison to other best western hotels in the US. The 2 bedroom suite is very big, beds were comfortable and bigger than a king bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice room but AC was noisy and TV didn't work. I was moved and figured I would get an upgrade for my inconvenience. Well, the second room was much smaller. AC was quiet but only on the lowest fan setting.
The valet and greeters were very friendly. I thought the front desk staff were not. they were business like with little smile or engagement. just business. I called down to have my car ready. it was not. No one called for the car.
Break spread was excellent and tasty!
Overall, I wouldn't book here again.

There was a sewer smell in the room and 5 cockroachs greeted me at the room. I had to prove myself to the staff that I had paid for the hotel room otherwise I would have ended up paying twice.

My wife and I stay at this hotel a few days every month due to my Medical issues needing to be addressed at The Medical City Clark. On our latest stay earlier this week, we had an item that was still wet so my wife used a small hand towel from the room to wrap it so our clothes would net get wet when packed in our suitcase. We waited over 30 minutes when trying to check out for the staff to inform my wife that they would charge us 375 Pesos ($7 USD) for the towel. Pretty petty considering we spend $300-400 per month for the room charges there. Needless to say we will never go to that hotel again in Angeles City.
