It was a great experience except for the fact that check in time was 2pm and they told us to wait as they still need to "touch our room" and we sat there for a good 45 minutes until we decided to go back to the counter and reinquire about our check-in to which they apologized and proceeded to give us room keys. When we arrived in our room there were still people fixing the room up. We were compensated with a small fruit tray for four people, hardly good enough. I was paying for the presidential suite so I expected a better service than this.

Breakfast buffets were. Excellent with many varieties of food choices staffs are extremely helpful. Staffs at the reception were also extremely helpful for my additional reservations for another 4 nights at this hotel I stayed for a total of eight nights. This is my fifth stays at Best western Plus since year 2023and have seen many improvements to now. Buffets breakfast was the most enjoyable thing to have. I always feel safe at Best Western Plus Angeles City.

You can never find a better place to stay here in Angeles City than MetroBEST WESTERN HOTEL!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Kudos to Management for a job well done in hiring the BEST staff!!! 👍Front Desk was very accommodating, welcoming a return guest like me! *** I got sick during my stay and they sent bottled water right away upon request. 👍Security was very welcoming, making sure they took care of my needs (Uber, Grab, etc.) 👍JEFF at the Breakfast Buffet area, double thumbs up for the personalized and amazing customer service!!!! 👍ROMMEL, from Cactus Jack, made me feel like a VIP, when I brought in new customers and told them of the amazing food at Cactus Jack👏👏👏👏👏 This property merits a 5-star rating⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nice, beautiful cozy executive room with jacuzzi and living room and 2 TVs. We had a refreshing night dip at the outdoor swimming pool in the 4th floor. This hotel is near restaurants and shops.

Every time I come here the staff always make me feel at home. Customer service was outstanding- responsive and attentive to any of my requests. The room is very spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed all the amenities this hotel offered. The free breakfast buffet is the cherry on the top of my experience here. Food selection is great! My stay here has always been amazing and that is the reason I keep coming back. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone planning a trip in Clark, Pampanga.

Best Western Plus in Clark is the best quality hotel for the money. Pool side bar and buffet breakfast restaurant are the major causes for my fourth return since March of 2023 twithout any hesitation. Stuffs always qave us a warm welcome smile each time when we walked into the restaurant Foods are always hot and well prepared with fail.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They go above and beyond. They found out it was my mum's birthday and the next day they had a cake for her and even sang a happy birthday, breakfast was good
