A good choice in Sukhumvit Soi 18. Clean and comfortabel. With coffee club attached. But the pool is no more than a small dip pool.

The staff are exceptional and the supervisor, security personnel, chefs, and servers are outstanding. Chef Junel at the buffet and his supervisor Edwin demonstrated remarkable friendliness and politeness. The security staff were particularly welcoming, with Santiago consistently offering assistance. The service was truly exceptional. I intend to return on March 2026.

I had to visit a friend in the area and I booked three rooms. From the moment, we checked in to the next day, the service was excellent. The hotel looks elegant and the rooms are well designed and spacious. The breakfast was a spread. I will certainly return again to this hotel.

Very friendly staff

I was impressed with the Hotel, I enjoyed several restaurants in the Hotel as well as the lobby coffee shop which provided fresh daily pastries as well as a small menu for convenience. With only a two day business stay at the hotel, I was totally accommodated. The only slight negative was my room was facing roadside and I was subjected to constant traffic noise, although bearable.

Out of all the hotel options in Angeles and there’s a lot: I keep coming back to Best Western Metro Clark because of their exceptional staff and quality service. It truly feels like a home away from home. Huge thanks to Floyd, Dan, Mae, Jackie, Kat, Clarence, Aron, and Chef Aaron for making breakfast such a joy—especially for making sure adobo was available! Shoutout to Tomee and Martt for keeping the rooftop area so welcoming, and to the Cafe Sebastian crew for consistently great drinks. I loved cooling off at the pool and appreciated Ricky for keeping it clean and inviting every day. A jacuzzi would be a great addition for colder days, but the pool is still beautiful. Front desk team Emman, Kyle, Emmett, and the ladies thank you for always accommodating me, especially with my room switch this time. The bell staff and security, including Kuya Reyes and Mike, are always helpful and professional. Housekeeping does a great job even during busy periods, and laundry service is reliable and quick. While a few rooms could use minor maintenance, my overall stay was excellent again! The team here goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Angeles City!

I would have given property 5 stars but for their inability to deal with unruly guests. My neighbour repeatedly played loud music into the early hours despite numerous complaints from guests.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms. The only thing i didnt enjoy was the free breakfast. The food was codl and looked like is was cooked 3 days ago! The only thing fresh were the eggs and omelet. The rest of the items were old like the pork adobo, the sausage, tuna. Other than that the stay was amazing!!!!

This was my second time staying here and wont be my last. The staff are always friendly and quick to help. Nice, clean and quiet hotel.

My family had a blast! Staff and crew especially Ms Venice did everything she can for my families stay memorable, restful and comfortable. Would be nice if in the future to replenish the cutlery and cookware in the unit. Online says it has, but none available, it was also mentioned by the staff that "not part of the booking".

The hotel has one of the best breakfast I’ve had. Areas around are ok, bit of a walk to get to SM Clark but overall really good hotel. I might stay again in the future just for the breakfast service.

Staff was amazing I’d have to say, great check in and check out, had my ride organized for the airport with a lil bit of a snag and was fixed within minutes Thanxs so much for that, restaurant was amazing too the food was great and the staff and service was fantastic rockstar status forsure, the only problem with my room was that the television was definitely not working properly had a bad cable box if you ask my opinion had a few issues and it was resolved it definitely needs some attention otherwise it was a great place great bang for yur buck that’s Forsure awesome 4th floor beautiful pool, cool bar and outdoor dining again Big Shoutout to all the Staff you guys Rock 👍🙏🙏👍👌

This hotel is a hidden gem. Need room card to activate elevator(s). Filipino Family/Business clientele. Breakfast buffet is worth the price...more of a western than filipino menu. Trike stand next to Mall around the corner from hotel. Easy to give this place 3.5 stars.
