Good location along jeepney routes, outdoor lap pool use for 2 included with stay but not gym, has a kitchen. Street markets close by. Plenty of restaurants, bars and a street scene so you can take in the vibe. Manila Bay is just a few blocks away.

Get the Oceanview room, you will be more satisfied and you will be able to sleep at night. Oceanview room is much cleaner with a better view and the amenities are good.

Great views from up high. I had the 26th floor. I didnt know the pool was an extra fee. I think this is a Airbnb combined with permanent residents living in the condo building. Internet worked fine, but one night it did cut out, so you would have to reset. The extra security guard was nice.

35平米をひとつの部屋で使う広々とした間取りは解放感抜群です。しかもお値段が半分くらいの広さの部屋のホテルと同じぐらい。
ホテルのようなサービスはないけれども、自分で管理できる人にはおすすめです。
フィリピンあるあるで、中間階移動(35Fから12Fとか)の謎の移動をするお客が多いのでエレベーターの待ち時間が長いです。部屋からホテルの玄関まで10分以上掛かるのでそれがやな人は低層のロスマンとかの方がいいです
