First class in every thing, from the welcoming team, transportation, dining and room. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back again.

Generally very nice with a secluded location on a beach to the north of Boracay. The Tree Top Villa was very nice with a to-die-for view of the beach. If I am being picky, a few bits of the hotel are getting a little worn, but nothing serious. Staff generally excellent. Location is a little remote but there is a straight forward shuttle in to D’Mall every couple of hours. It’s a place for serenity’s rather than being in the centre of the action

The property is beautiful. The staff are amazing. The food is excellent. I can’t fault this experience at all. Everyone was so detailed, helpful, friendly and courteous. They made sure our stay was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Liked that the room was serviced several times a day. The beach was wonderful. Snack bar and drinks were good. The breakfast buffet was superb. Found the overall experience to be overpriced for what it was. It’s a nice resort but I’ve stayed in just as nice in Bali and Thailand for 1/3rd the cost. They didn’t do anything to “wow” us over our 3 days other than a tin of Valentine’s chocolates on our arrival. The Valentine’s Dinner at the seafood restaurant was lacklustre - with the wait staff being over extended and every course served cold.

The service was excellent

We have the best experience, our butler Joseph is amazing. Everyone is very helpful and hospitable. The spa, the Food is amazing too…will definitely come back! Everything is just beautiful in this place. First Boracay experience and shangri-la DELIVERED!! 💘😭🙌

Best resort by far!

By far the nicest resort we have been to and it’s a must!! The resort is stunning and very large with all necessary amenities ! They also provide shuttle services & speedboat to and from the airport which is a very pleasant experience. There is also a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown area which is very walkable once you reach the drop off point. The rooms (we booked Deluxe Suite with Seaview) are gorgeous, very spacious and clean! The dining options are also very nice and provide a variety of foods. The breakfast buffet is incredible as well! The team is very attentive and caring. When we arrived our luggage didn’t make the transit so they prepared a care package with all essentials until our bags came! It’s also impressive how they remember you despite the size of the resort and large number of guests. They got familiar with our preferences and made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend the Shangri-La Resort in Boracay!

Very quiet and wonderful stay. Everyone is nice and helpful. Butler service is over the top.

This resort has everything you can ever need. No need to leave and when you do it’s sad, like saying goodbye to family and friends. Also the best breakfast ever!!!

One of the best hotel we have stayed at. Their service was impeccable and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. Special mention to our host Erwin for his professional service, he catered everything to our needs be it too small or too big. We will definitely come back here again next year. Highly recommend.
