I am very impressed that staff strived to provide the best service to their customer all the time. The property was spotless. Although I don't feel a lot of difference as a Jade member, and I know no one is going to tell explicitly, but it will be better if there is some kind of benefit other than the small treat in the restaurant. One the private sand beach, I understand there can be some small twigs as it's come from nature, but I still feel these need to be cleaned from time to time by using some sieve because it is still considered dangerous for our kids. In addition, although the kitchen must have done their best, it does not feel like the dining experience is at the same standards as in Taiwan.

Both the scenery, beaches, facilities are wonderful. The staff are very nice. The sea-view of the room is amazing. We have got a very happy stay there. And the hotel provides both pick-up and departure transfer services from/to Caticlan Airport. Even this hotel is not your first destination, they can still give you an in-advance pick-up service.

if you are travel both here and CEBU. you must choose this hotel. they have a very good connection between 2 hotels. you can just relax and enjoy our holiday. the hotel also help with all things you wanna do. the chinese restaurant there is so yummy too. make sure you are their member so you can enjoy the best from them. cheers

We booked catamaran boating service (which was consigned to a third party), and it was a bad experience. First, we got a 10 person boat when we booked a 20 person. Second, we were dropped off on a deserted island with no activities at all. Lastly, we were served 3 dishes for lunch. The overall experience was bad and certainly not worth the price at all. We paid 8500 Php each with a total of 9 people. This does not live up to Shangrila standard.

位置不错，沙滩和景致都很好，服务员也比较热情，每天还有一些活动可以选择。但是此次入住有两个体验不好：
1、下午2点还不能check-in，让我们等了很久，作为5星酒店这个实属不该；
2、酒店内部洗浴用品非常一般，还是得用自己带的；

It was a perfect place for honey moon or a 3-4 days get away to the beach, technically, you can just stay in the resort for 3 days, there is everything you need inside!!

Although the hotel is still in soft opening, we had a very great time here. Our kids loved the pool and the beach. Speaking of the pool, it's the infinity pool with an awesome view. Missed it so much.
And the breakfast was good with variety.
The only things to improve is the WiFi stability and the elevator. WiFi used to disconnect a lot. The elevator door used to close quickly when we were even going through.

位置不错，海滩很漂亮，酒店设施非常好，服务很好。在Caticlan机场就有接驳车送到码头，再上快艇送到酒店，一上岸就敲锣打鼓地欢迎。游泳池、餐厅都很漂亮，员工素质都很好。希望把马桶改成智能马桶，那会更好。

非常好的酒店，贵有贵的道理，全家都爱，早餐很丰盛，服务到家，机场接送太负责了，员工热情，泳池海滩都超美，虽然偏僻但去s2有班车，这次入住让我成为了香格里拉的粉丝。
