Stayed a twin room with my son for one night. Staff were fantastic - really hospitable Scott, the bar manager, was really friendly and helpful - a great guy. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Room clean, comfy and quiet. Would stay again. Thank you

Old but the room is clean. There was some trouble when checking in, due to a system failure either of Hotels.com or the hotel itself. Fortunately, the receptionist was very patient, and helped us check in despite all the difficulties.

Was booked into wrong Leonardo hotel, staff refused to switch hotel even though there was spare rooms. Had to pay for different hotel as the original hotel was not suitable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, slightly dated as the bathroom ceiling was cracked but was everything I needed for the 2 nights.
Would be great if it had a mini fridge to keep things cool. Room was extremely hot, I went to the reception to see if I could hire a fan but they didn’t do this unfortunately.
I would stay here again as it provided everything I needed, the beds were extremely comfortable also so that was a bonus.

Is a little tired and dated (looks like some office building which has been converted?) but for a single night for a concert visit it was absolutely fine. A little further out of town but well connected with buses just outside on the main road - or by hiring a Voi electric bike if you’re a bit more savvy with Glasgow’s streets. Room was ok and quiet. No air conditioning but there was a fan, which was welcomed given the hot weather. Might not be a first choice hotel for everyone but no problems from me.

Hotel is dated and tired and in need of refurbishment. Three out of seven lights didnt work in the room.
Food was mediocre but served a purpose.
Great location and easy parking at an additional cost.
Main downside was the way the Manager spoke to the staff, may have been that he thought is was a joke but I found it unacceptable

The rooms need a lot of updating. Very dated. Our floor creaked the whole way round the room, with every step. The carpets look like they had seen better days! Lots of marks on the walls and doors. The short head leaked and the bracket that held it up was loose. Disappointing considering how much the room was marked up due to a concert at Hampden Park. Definitely not worth what we paid for it!

Hotel is very run down and in urgent need of an upgrade. Very disappointed overall, particularly as have stayed at other Leonardo hotels and they were great (hence why we booked this one). All staff were very friendly and helpful and it’s a shame that they have to work in an environment that is so run down. Upon complaining about general state of facilities we did receive a 50% refund, so big thanks to the manager for his understanding. The Leonardo chain should be ashamed that one of its hotels is in such a bad state.
