Comfortable bed. Close to Hyndland train station.

A few small problems with the room- temperamental door lock, shower temperature unstable and sometimes very hot, basin slow to drain. Hotel seems generally run down. Breakfast disappointing as used to be good in Leonardo hotels. Now budget ingredients. Coffee almost undrinkable, orange juice watery, pastries stale, muesli lacking in fruit and nuts, sausages tasteless. Will be avoiding this hotel in future as there are better hotels in Glasgow for the same price.

Bin not emptied, roasting rooms with no control of heating. Paint flaking off badly on the ceiling in bathroom, curtains half way off the rails. Windows all speared and not been cleaned. Hair on the bath. Plug not working for bath. Also a smell of sewage. Expensive breakfast with very few low quality options.

Good inexpensive hotel with parking near west end attractions.

Housekeeper on my floor was a nice lady and friendly. Stayed here many times in the past

Hotel is on tired legs and requires revamp or refurbishment. Expensive for overall condition.

Hotel is quiet old and tired but spotlessly clean and the staff can’t do enough for you!

-one of the glass had a very nice brown lip shaped dirt on it.. -the door we have to fight every time for 2-3 minutes to open( 1 key wasnt working at all) -the hand wash sink was getting blocked when we tried to use it - from the shower tap one part was missing, making the water shutting another 5-10 minutes battle. - the top of the iceberg was when they closed the water without any notification during the day. i called them on my phone( cause there is no phone in the room but i should call for room service on that)the reception said:a yes sorry about it 30 minutes and it will come back. 1,5 hrs later we left to rather spend the night at our friends where we can use the washroom..

Everything was fine. The room was clean, the staff were friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast BUT the plates for the hot breakfast were really cold so the food quickly got cold and it was not pleasant to eat

There was no water when we arrived. We were not told that when we checked in. We were unable to wash or use the toilet after a 4 1/2 hour car journey. When I called the desk they said it should be back on “some time”. We had plans to meet friends in the city and had to go out without being able to freshen up. When we returned at 10pm the smell of blocked drains in the property was terrible, it smelt throughout the hotel. I was unable to sleep all night as the smell of drains in my room was making me feel sick and gave me a sore head. I would not recommend staying here.

The bed frame was awful: uneven springs made my back uncomfortable. The carpets were dirty. Also, shouting and even conversations in the next rooms and corridor were clearly audible.

Lovely staff , room a bit dated but all in all decent

Main light was dim and flickered and there was marks and rips in the wallpaper

Tired hotel: stench in the stairwell which at times permeated my room; poor customer service, particularly the attitude of front desk staff member p.m. on 31.10; grill food poor quality and overpriced; room not cleaned or attended to on middle day; safe locked at open, unusable.

Room allocated was nect to/behind the lift. Definitely needs better soundproofing. Was awoken from 6am by constant lift noises. Breakfast was ok but not a scottush breakfast as you would expect. Rooms are clean enough but good do with renovation. Peeling paint in bathroom. Fairly cold autumn and room was hot with limited opening window. We stayed here in the dummer and thought it was the weather then but obviously not. Carpark barrier not eorkimg do a loy of cars parked for hospital nect doir for free, rather than just hotel guests. Be wary of booking again.

Staff lovely. Bed clean and comfortable. Improvements needed - window didn’t close fully so outside noise quite loud from early in the morning. Quality of rooms reflected in affordable pricing.

Staff welcoming, room very basic and decor very dated and tired looking. The bed again old and worn but did manage to sleep. Shower was very cold in the morning although there was hot water coming through the bath tap but on switching to the shower, it ran cold. Reported to reception on checkout. Didn't use any of the other facilities.
