all staffs are nice and helpful

Room was clean, and amenities plenty. We didn't try the breakfast or other dining facilities. Location was ideal for us travelling by train.

There is a little disappointed for living this hotel. 1）the water from the shower head is very weak and one of the shower head was not working. 2）There was very nosie in the morning. 3）The view from the windows is very bad.

I have to tell them to clean our eoom Basically but they do not want to bed has hair dusty little bugs which i bit by my face bed stinky like pee room heater not working they have to call maintenance all the time room alarmef on us for no reason carpet dirty you paid for a hotel that is not a hotel 4 star at all i should have stayed outside that is the feeling no shampooo no body wash i have yo call but phone not workjnv i havd to go all thd way down from 7th floor to lobby

Great location. great buffet style breakfast with an omelette station ..Breakfast £15.00pp Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room on 6th floor

Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, rooms were great- nice, clean and comfortable. Location was ideal as well for getting around just a really nice stay.

El personal es lindisimo, mil gracias. El desayuno muy rico y completo. Las habitaciones super limpias, cómodas. Para moverte hay que usar transporte o caminar. El hotel un 10 y el personal lo hizo todo mejor, gracias

The welcome at the hotel was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfy. I used the gym and it was very enough and clean. The hotel is located centraly and so close to sites just minutes of walking away. Me and my family were very pleased to stay here and we will surely advice to our friends who will visit Edinburgh.

Location is goo right near the train station and royal mile. Room was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Breakfast was a good buffet spread but pretty expensive at 18 pounds per person. The elevators were down while we were there and we did see some questionable characters in the lobby at night, but for the elevator and stairs it required a room key. The door did close a bit slowly behind you when taking the stairs unless you pulled it shut.

Excelente desayuno

Nos ha gustado mucho la habitación. Era muy espaciosa con wifi gratis y muy cerca de la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad. El único pero el tema del parking. No tienen y te ofrecen un descuento del 20% del prking situado en l estación de tren y era bastante caro.

Room was clean, spacious and provided all needed for a 4 night stay.
