화장실 샤워기와 세면기의 물이 잘 나오지 않아서 불편했습니다. 작은량의 물이 나오다보니.. 찬물을 틀어도 아주 뜨거운 물이 흘러서 세수하기 힘들었어요

가격대비 서비스, 객실 상태, 청결 상태 등 모두 훌륭하였습니다. 조식도 훌륭한 편이고 또한 위치가 에딘버러 기차역도 가깝고 구시가지 신시가지 모두 가까와서 좋았습니다

에딘버러 역근처 올드 타운 입구라서 걸어서 거의 모든곳을 갈 수 있어서 좋았어요. 첫날은 방의 난방이 잘 안되어 매우 추웠으나 그 이후론 따뜻하게 지냈어요.아침 식사는 조촐하지만 오믈렛이 있어서 좋았고 아침식사로는 충분했어요.욕실이 작은게 불편했지만 전체적으로 리모델링한듯 하여 깨끗했어요. 직원들도 친절히 설명해 주셨어요.추천합니다.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and big enough. Only downside, one of the elevators was out of commission.

It’s located in the perfect spot just off the Royal Mile, short walk to Princess street, and very close to the train station (easy even with luggage).

We stayed one night at the Leonardo. We booked it for our last day/night in Edinburgh after a lovely tour of the Highlands. We booked there as it was in still close to the Royal Mile but its location made it easier easier to get a taxi to the airport after turning in our rental. 1. When we checked in we were informed our room was actually in the next building. We were told we could take the regular elevator or walk through a connected hallway on the ground level and take another elevator that served those rooms. We tried to take the first elevator. We couldn’t stop on the 4th floor where our room was. So, after several rides up and down, that opened up on other floors we got out and trekked down the “ hallway to the other elevator. The hallway was stark white. There was a grumpy man painting and it smelled terrible. We passed some restrooms and I think the smell was coming from there. It permeated the hallway. You cannot charge anything to your room unless you have paid money up front for them to deduct from like a line of credit. The whole thing was ridiculous as they had all my credit card details and could easily charge my card. It was extremely inconvenient having to pay every time you ordered and we had the same issue at the Clayton hotel in Glasgow. We also stayed at the Caledonian hotel in Edinburgh and had no issues charging anything to our room. Other than that there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel so forget sleeping in and one of the 2 elevators wasn’t working. The staff however were great and very polite and helpful and the location was excellent.

Really enjoyed our stay ! Water and Prosecco in the lobby on arrival was a lovely touch, bag storage and fast check in! The hotel is nice and quiet could barely hear anyone or outside noise. Location is fantastic too !

Huone ja kylpyhuone siisti, mutta kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut pyyhekoukkuja, eikä myöskään tasoa, johon olisi voinut laittaa omia tarvikkeita. Aamiainen hyvä, mutta ei joka päivä samat leikkeleet yms.

Super comfy bed. Fab choice for breakfast and perfect central location. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.
