This was a clean property and good staff. The jacuzzi didn't work in the spa and one of my complaints along with having an extra hour to check out is charged and should be considered complimentary. This would make me book again here

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The mattress and pillows were very clean and comfortable and the room is very clean and spacious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The mattress and pillows were very clean and comfortable and the room is very clean and spacious.

At first they were not able to locate my reservation which I had done through Expedia and I had to wait and was upsetting but then all worked well and as a compensatory gesture they upgraded me to premium room. So it was good.

The stay was good and standard. The thing that wasn’t explained to me on the booking page was the superior room is not better than the premium room even though it cost more. You do not get spa access with the superior room. But you do with a premium room. You don’t have to pay the public price to use this 35 euros. The location is okay, but not the easiest for public transport.

Decent hotel. A one night stay over a weekend, everything inside the hotel was fine, however the noise from a local bar keep us awake almost the whole night finishing around 6am. The rooms need sound proofing.

The hotel Is like from the 80’s. Very run down. Bugs and the noise from construction every morning at 6:00 am. Stay anywhere but here. The only good thing was breakfast. That is it.

We were so pleased with the convenient location of the hotel. It made exploring the area so easy. Arriving early could have been a problem, but thankfully our room was ready. The staff's preparedness truly enhanced our first impression. It set the tone for a very enjoyable stay.

On website states indoor pool but you have to pay for using it. No slipper or robes in room. Staff rude Very noisy can hear from outside. Was disappointed with the hotel - room not ready till 4pm. Had emailed hotel previous to arrival and no reply from them. Booked with breakfast on Expedia but on arrival said it was not included
