Excellent hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Immaculate everywhere. Great location, near to lits of amenities and easy to get everywhere. Big room that had everything you need. No complaints, really enjoyed it.

The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of delicious choice of foods, fruits , coffee, tea, juices and the list goes on! The staff were friendly and informative and the grounds were well kept, As to the location, it is within walking distance to practically anything you need or would want to do. The beds and linen were comfortable and the room was spacious for three people. The only negative review would be the cleanliness of the room and air conditioning. The room had a faint damp smell, I carry Lysol wipes and spray so I was able to spruce up the room. Thank you Spain, we had a time to remember!

Looked after us really well with an upgrade and cava and food gifts in the room as we arrived as newlyweds. Really nice experience.

Got to the room only for it do be left with a dirty bathroom. Hair left in bathtub and sink. Then the sink plug was faulty and didn’t drain so they changed our room to a better one but this flush in the toilet had lack of power. Was crap but I had enough and left it. I’ve stayed here before and was perfect hense why I went to same hotel again. But moving forward I think a different hotel will have to do.

The hotel itself is faultless. It really is a 4 star hotel. The staff were really friendly and professional, the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great amenities. The air con worked amazingly well in the unusually hot weather (hot even for Barcelona apparently). We relied on public transport so it wasn’t as quick and easy to pop from the hotel to the city centre etc but this is by no means a negative to the hotel - just good for others to be aware of.

First the AC does NOT work, there is currently a heat wave in Europe and the AC doesnt work properly, told the lady at the front desk and she was just like hmmm. The beds are uncomfortable and the room decor looks like a hospital room. This hotel was a complete dissapointment.

Our room was clean, staff were helpful and although we only paid for breakfast on day one, it was very nice. We originally booked as breakfast was included but upon arrival were told it wasn’t and it was €19 per person additional charge. The spa facilities were nice, yet basic and the roof top pool was small, compared with the size of the hotel. The hotel is situation in the grounds of a lovely shopping centre which was a bonus with places to eat and drink all around. Short taxi journey €13 into Barcelona La Ramblas which is convenient.
